"We live in Baltimore City and were looking for a quiet place to get away for a few days, and we were very happy we were able to bring our dog. "We traveled with a couple who are good friends to celebrate my upcoming birthday. Visiting Harpers Ferry in the winter was a good decision, because it wasn't crowded yet most everything was open.
