"Im Ferienhaus von Roula muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage sehr ruhig und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft schön. Beim Einschlafen und Aufwachen hört man das Meer rauschen und es gibt einen eigenen kleinen Weg hinunter zum Strand. "We had a wonderful stay. We were in town to visit family. Captain Mike was a great host, extremely accommodating, helped us check in late, had breakfast made every morning and went above and beyond to provide food we liked (even milk for our baby). He liked to talk a lot and normally I would have loved to speak more but I had a lot of family things to attend to so I didn't have the opportunity to relax and have a coffee and talk. "The staff was amazing in every way. They are so welcoming and helpful all the time. There is a nice beach just 100 m away and it was beautiful. You can go to chios with bus or taxi in 10 minute time. There are two really nice restaurant and cafes near the beach. The facilities are ok for us. We weren’t expecting 5 star hotel so there is no disappointment for us. Thanks for having us and see you next year. "

"Property is very nice and in a wonderful location in Karfas and Margarita is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2bd/1ba on the top floor. It was plenty roomy with a nice breeze, and the views were beautiful from all windows/patio. There are some beach toys for the kids to use, a nice shower to rinse of the salt and sand, and easy street parking a few steps away. Of the three locations we stayed while in Chios, this was the kids (6 & 8 yo) favorite."

"Everything was absolutely spectacular! Anne was very helpful through and through and so was the staff. We even had to check out early because of a mix-up (different situation) and she said the next time we visit breakfast is on the house! The only reason communication was not excellent was that we had difficulty contacting them because we didn't have an international plan and they did not have WhatsApp. That would be our only suggestion so we could contact them on Wifi.
