Gone fishing
Great graduation trip for my son. Property was as advertised and very clean. Communication from the property owner was great and very accommodating. Hurricane Beryl had just passed through the area and property was cleared,cleaned and fully ready for our stay. Thanks so much.

Fun condo
Steve was so helpful and easy to contact. The condo was very clean & beds were comfortable as well. Great location with views of the beach from both balconies. This condo community is unique to Matagorda as it has a beautiful pool area. Great for families . I have future plans to stay in this condo again for sure.

Great place!
We had an amazing time! Always love Matagorda but this was our first time staying here! The pool was awesome as well. The walk thru the dunes isn’t bad but take bug spray!!!

Weekend vacation
The property was great. There was a mechanical issue with the AC, but the owner was very quick to respond to my texts and had the issue repaired immediately. I would definitely reccomend this property to anyone. The proximity to the beach is awesome and my kids loved that there was access to a pool as well. We will definitely stay there again!

This property had paths to the beach, a pool, and was really quiet. The amenities were just perfect for a weekend getaway. Our host was great with communication. Would definitely book again!

Awesome relaxation space!
Great views and close proximity to the beach! The house was clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable! We didn't utilize the kitchen much but it had cooking equipment needed if you wanted too! The pool was in walking distance making it even more convenient. We highly recommend this rental.

Family get away
Great space, kids loved it. Owner super helpful and friendly. Easy walk to the beach, great pool! Dollar general, restaurants and convenience stores not too far away. Our son was in fishing heaven! Lots of places to fish near house. We will be back and we will share with others! Hopefully be able to get both units to bring more friends and family!

There were no cleaning supplies or dish detergent. No dish towels or rags. Tile floor broken and pinched feet. Dirty dishes in cabinet. The location was great with easy access to pool and beach.

Not clean
Though the condo was nicely appointed, the cleanliness of the unit was poor. The bed downstairs had blood stained sheets the size of a saucer and large, heavy print hanging in the stairwell hallway fell off of the wall because it was hung in sheetrock with nails rather than screws and anchors. There was only one remote control with good batteries and the tv's in the bedrooms did not work.

Great condo! Close to beach.
The condo is very nice and comfortable beds. The owner and property manager are very nice and accommodating. Easy check in and check out process. The pool is close to the condo and was cool at the end of a long day at the beach. We had a great stay in Matagorda!

Too short of a visit
Very clean and well equipped condo. Even a Keurig coffee machine and a regular one! Communication with owner and property manager excellent. Owner offered great suggestions for food and drink in town. Watched a distant storm from the beach at night. Very beautiful and relaxing.

Cute and very convenient to the beach property. 2nd bedroom is a spacious loft suite, but not a "private" bedroom per se. There is an unmarked walking trail over the dunes, to the beach!

Nice Visit
The property was as advertised which made for an enjoyable stay. Communication with the property manager / owner was smooth and guest guidelines were well communicated. For families looking to "distance" and enjoy a beach vacation, the location to the beach can't be beat and we would recommend.
