"Abbiamo trascorso 14 bellissimi giorni in questa bellissima villa. A 15 minuti a piedi (o 5 in bicicletta) dalla bellissima spiaggia di Castellaneta Marina. Villa pulita, accogliente ed organizzata in tutti i dettagli.Speriamo di tornarci presto. Maurizio."

"This villa was absolutely amazing with amazing views. The host was so helpful and kind. We have never stayed anywhere where they treated us so well. Everyday they left us a gift, fresh eggs, fresh fruit, and pastries to take on the road. We only had 3 days but we all wished we had more time there. We had 3 couples and it was perfect with the outdoor area and pool! Highly recommend!"

"We were two couples who stayed in this lovely home in Castellaneta Marina for about a week in October. It was immaculately clean, has a full kitchen and living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we were very happy to have screens in the bedroom windows so we could sleep with them open at night. Filomena was gracious for having a late evening dinner with local goodies in the fridge due to our late arrival, to taking us on a tour of her city. Once she discovered we were wine producers from California on a research trip of Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Aglianico in the Basilicata wine region, she arranged the meeting of local Cantina owners to view their vineyards and very historic cantinas. "The La Villetta Xenia house and property were beautiful and easy driving access to see all that Matera has to offer. We were a party of 7 adults and the accomodations were great. bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that we only had 2 bathrooms for 7 people. The other bathrooms were all locked. If I stayed again I would specify what was needed. We did just fine with the 2 bathrooms anyway. I would definitely recommed this VRBO to larger groups and would stay here again....

Luca der Gadtgeber hatte den Kühlschrank mit vielen feinen Goodies gefüllt ( icetea, Weisswein, Reichhaltige Früchteschale, Bier, Coca Cola, Wasser, Tarulli und und und. Einfach perfekt! Er hat sich um alles gekümmert u d unseren Aufenthalt in seinem wunderschön gelegenen Ferienhaus zu einem Highligthe unserer Ferien in Appulien gemacht! Gerne wieder, Luca era ottimo!!!"
