"The property had many accommodations and activities to do during the stay. From the living/sleeping spaces, the game room, and the outdoor spaces. There was plenty to do. The water was lower than shown in the photo (the water was not close to the dock like the photo, had to walk to get to the shore). Host had good communication and answered all questions. Highly recommend unless the water level is a deal breaker."

"I don’t usually leave bad reviews, and the host was very accommodating and responsive. But Not all houses are safe or clean enough to be used as a for profit guest house. I am sure this was someone’s childhood house. However, whoever owns it now has not kept it up. The cleaning crew needs to be fired, It had trash and filth under beds, in corners, all on the cabinets and stove top. "This property is so cute! I loved it here. The balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. This property has its own access to the beach anytime of day or night. It is walking distance. Even though there is construction going on, you don’t hear it at all. As of right now there is no elevators so you do have to walk up stairs to get to the property. The owner was amazing. They set out a binder with food and activities in the area. Even had menus inside of it! Definitely made my trip so much easier....

"We held a business retreat here for the family business. It was very comfortable. The weather was too humid to enjoy the lovely back porch unfortunately. It was located within 10 minute drive to our favorite restaurants so we were very happy with the location. It served our needs perfectly at a great price."

"There was a tropical storm Alber came in and a lot of flooding onto the property parking lot. The roads were closed and we were unable to get in or out. I informed staff that we were needing to leave in the event of an emergency And they tried moving us to Rockport which had even MORE flooding!! We were unable to get a refund so basically had to wait it out. Long story short be sure if there is any chance of a storm coming in to cancel otherwise it will be severely flooded in! "
