"Parking was tough, if you came home past 10pm you were unable to park at the hotel. The breakfast could have some hard boiled eggs, bananas etc. It was lacking."

Descontentos con el alojamiento.
"Nos hicieron pagar tasas cuando en la página web de Hoteles.com decía claramente "tasas incluidas". Después, pagamos por usar la piscina y el agua estaba fría a 28 grados en puro invierno cuando la temperatura corporal es de 37 grados. Nuestro apartamento es el que estaba más alejado de la recepción ..."
