"Brought my husband here for an early birthday surprise and it was definitely worth it. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the view was amazing. We spent most of our time down by the river fishing. I loved sitting out on the rock in the morning drinking coffee watching the sun rise. We will definitely be coming back again."

"This was our third time vacationing here. We just love it. Once again, we had a wonderful stay. It was so relaxing and beautiful. The house is clean and welcoming. The pool is fun and enjoyable for everyone. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed the cows as well as the stunning views. Joann and her husband are amazing hosts and we appreciate all their help and answers to our questions about farm life. We highly recommend this beautiful property."

"This was the perfect location. Quiet and remote. Watched barges go by. Got to see one riverboat. Several locals out in their boats. This was one of our favorite cabins. So relaxing. "Our party consisted of three elderly siblings and two spouses who try to assemble annually while still possible. Unless you are planning to prepare all meals within the cabin (which is fully equipped to so), dining facilities nearby are few and far between. You should include this factor in you selection of vacation locations. On the bright side, the location is perfect for relaxing with an amazing view."

"When I arrived at the property, I thought the location was sketchy. However, we had zero problems for a 2-night stay. Very close to highway 264, which allows quick access to the airport. The house was clean and neat, with plenty of towels. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that one room included a crib for our little one. The property accommodated 6 adults and 7 children adequately."

"This property was absolutely amazing. The cabin itself was beautiful inside and outside. It was cleaned. It was stocked well of everything you could think of the wildlife was wonderful to watch the sunrise coming up over the river. It was beautiful, the boats and barges that went down the river were neat. Just an absolute dream to stay there and enjoy it"

"You can’t beat the views from the deck. Great to see the barges float down the river. Cell coverage is difficult (at least with Verizon), but that’s ok so that you can just get away & relax, and enjoy the river life. Took a driving tour along the Ohio River, really enjoyed all the small towns in the area. Great place to get away!"

"Two families shared this property over a weekend for a travel ball tournament. Loved that it could accommodate both families and all the kids. Three sets of bunk beds and two queen sized beds was perfect for our two families. Lower level was great for the kids to have their own space to get away. 100% would recommend and stay again if we find ourselves in the area again."

"2nd guys golf trip to KY and this house was far better than the last one we stayed in. Owner was EXTREMELY responsive and accommodating. Location was perfect for us as we bounced between 5 courses. Private. Fully stalked with cooking gear. We had a “chef” with us that had everything he needed. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms/showers. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"
