"Alycia was such a helpful host and the location couldn’t have been better!"

"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"Overall the apartment was great, very clean and roomy. Everything you need was provided and I was please with the accuracy of the listing. My only concern if you are traveling with family, there were some late night parties within the complex and in the general area that occurred throughout the weekend."

"The best time ever. My wife and I enjoyed our Honeymoon and stay here. We will come back every year for our Anniversary now and also to vacation here. The area was beautiful, quiet, and safe. We had everything we needed. No other vacation spot in South Carolina can compete. Thank you for our wonderful stay and perfect memories! "

"This VRBO is close to downtown making it super easy to walk around to all the attractions, stores, restaurants, etc. I’ve had great experience with the host and communication. The things I noticed that were not up to standard were cleanliness and accuracy of the VRBO on the online listing. When I first arrived I noticed that the only thing the cleaners touch/cleaned were the bed sheets and towels. While that is super important to have clean they left several things untouched. "Loved the vintage charm of the house. Very comfortable and has everything you will need for some time away from home. Great neighborhood… walkable to downtown, neat restaurants, and parks. We had an easy walk to see a concert at the Bon Secoeurs Center. Close to the highway to get in and out of town. Michael provided us with very detailed and user friendly check in and out instructions and also sent wonderful restaurant recommendations in the area. Had a lovely trip and would recommend this...

"This property is in an excellent location with walking to restaurants and downtown. The property was clean but very dated. Historic in this case means OLD. Old furniture, doors that don’t close properly, kitchen that is not set up for cooking, lumpy bed and generally old stuff. It resembles my grandma’s house in the 1960’s."

"My husband and I found the accommodations lived up to the photos. The property was cute, clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Yet it was a short stroll to the heart of downtown and the Reedy River Swamp Rabbit Trail. Plenty of great restaurants, parks, art galleries and if you’re into baseball, Fluor Field is only a 10 min walk away. Will definitely revisit this property if we come to Greenville again.
