"The location of the condo and how it was stocked was really nice. The description of it having air conditioning was not clear. Only the bedroom has air, leaving the rest of the condo uninhabitable and unusable for the evening hours. Being on the 3rd floor, the heat was unbearable - impossible for the loft area in the afternoons/evenings. "This unit has the best view of and proximity to the beach and surf. However, it needs serious refurbishment--paint is flaking off the walls, the finish is wearing off the floor, and the electrical system is failing. None of the electrical outlets in the kitchen work. We had to plug in the coffee maker by the bathroom sink and the toaster on the floor in the dining area. The lamp by the bed doesn't work: the switch is missing. Someone from the resort management had to come turn on the TV...

"Overall this stay was wonderful! The unit was well-appointed with an ocean view. The unit has no AC but there are ceiling fans throughout and a great breeze off the ocean. And the lanai is lovely with lots of seating options. It is also nice that it is a top floor unit so you don't have the noise of people above you. Some of the furniture is different from the description- for example the description has multiple seating options in the living room along with a photo of a large wraparound...

"We love the quiet of Molokai and so staying there is always a pleasure. This condo has been remodeled and is pleasantly appointed in Hawaiian theme. The loft king bed is very comfortable. The stairs are spiral so one needs to be agile to manage them. "
