The only thing I didn't like is that I was supposed to be picked up at the EBB airport on a Saturday midnight being my first time in Africa and they didn't show up, but I guess it was my fault not to double check before. "The Hotel was nice however breakfast was cold and when i told the staff they said come earlier, i was at breakfast at 6:30 and the first person. when i checked out i was asked "how was your stay" i said nice except the cold breakfast , the reply OK. i understand these things happen however very dissapointed with the reaction "

"Gately is a quaint hotel that is always enjoyable. The staff are courteous, professional and attentive but not annoying. The facility itself is a bit nostalgic and unique, and along with that comes aging plumbing and electrical supply problems. You will enjoy Gately, particularly the staff, but expect a bit older amenities."
