"The house was very clean and the AC was able to keep up with the incredible heat and humidity we had during our stay. My sister recently relocated to the Conway, AR area and this provided a great place for our large family to stay while in the area visiting her. We mainly used it as a place to sleep and do some laundry. I would love to come back and see the place once the lake is refilled. Bet the views are amazing."

"The most beautiful property in the area! The river, sunsets, peacefulness, tranquility, and spaciousness of the guest home was a dream. We enjoyed every second of our stay. "The cottage set up is very nice, beautiful, welcoming grounds. Everything was very clean, inviting, and very comfortable. We were in Little Rock for a multi day medical check up at UAMS and the stay at Rosemount made everything much better, especially since we could have our two pups with us. "4.5 needs a hide a bed couch . That being said Host was very good to us, this was only my second time i have book housing for my Crew. So im still learning. . We have already booked this same house for when we come back in a couple weeks,. Hoping for the hide a bed when we come back!!!!! LOL!!!!!"

"Dawn and Shane were excellent hosts! I was attending dog shows and had 7 dogs with me and needed a place to stay before going on to the next dog shows and their place was the perfect! Nice and quiet and just perfect to catch up on laundry and a little RR! I highly recommend staying there! Very helpful with any questions that I had!"
