"Everything was great and everyone was helpful. It was more like a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, maybe more when the street is crowded. It was easier to use the pool at the condo. Also was a little difficult to use hot water in shower. There was no hot water to wash dishes in kitchen sink. Coco is a lovely town and we have already made arrangements to return."

"Lovely little unit that was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the terrace, but as others have mentioned, a shade umbrella would have really added to our enjoyment. Everything with condo was great. There is no parking at the condo, but the shuttles to the parking lot come by every few minutes. Really appreciated that the shower had a safety bar! Everything very clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Definitely recommend. "

"Upon arrival, 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and both showers were in disrepair. Some of these were fixed, but hot water to the master bedroom shower never was. Hot water to any of the sinks is not even plumbed in. Then on day two, there was no water period. Emails sent to the owner elicited some repairs, but there was no written response at all from 3 emails sent. Sections of the house are locked off, depending on how many people you have staying with you. Since we had 7 people, we were locked out of 2...
