Week Trip Short Notice

Great Stay
This property exceeded expectations. It was very affordable, nicely decorated, and super clean. I spilled water on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel. The paper towel was completely clean which told me the floors were spotless. It was a great stay and look forward to our next visit.

Nice place in Weslaco
Overall we were very pleased with our stay in Weslaco. This property has many things to recommend it. I won't repeat what you can learn from the ratings we gave. The location is excellent--off a main road so that it was at once quiet and also near to restaurants, a grocery store and other places. It can sleep 6 (or seven, there's a foldable bed in a closet) comfortably (our bed was great!), but there are four stools for the dining table and about that much seating in the living area. There is no dishwasher, which was not a problem for us. The one suggestion we have for our very professional host Brian is to put out some instructions for the TV--we never figured out how to adjust the volume. But we'd definitely stay there again.

Everything we expected
The apartment was nice and cozy just as the pictures. Not too big but big enough for all of us the be comfortable. Communication with Brian was excellent and the apartment was super clean. We'll definitely be booking another stay before end of year.

Last Minute Reservation
We booked this place last minute for a funeral we had in town. This was a perfect place for the six of us, four adults and two kids. Very clean, perfect location in town, and very responsive host. Had everything we needed for our three night stay. We would definitely book this place again if we are in the area.

Clean, quiet, and spacious.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental, and it was absolutely fantastic! The location was convenient and safe. The rental itself was immaculate, with tasteful decor and all the amenities one could ask for. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this vacation rental for an amazing getaway experience!

Great clean place to stay in the Rio Grande Valley
This was a really clean, roomy and comfortable place to stay in the Rio Grande Valley. The beds, showers, kitchen and layout of the house were very comfortable and great! We cooked in most nights and had all the pans & utensils we needed. The owner was very communicative and made sure we knew we could contact him if we had any questions and quickly got some extra plates to us within 10 mins of when we asked if that was possible! We were there to go bird watching and enjoy nature and it was close to many wonderful parks and wildlife refuges to do that.

Property is in a gated community, safe and quiet. close to shopping and food. Our stay was to visit family, the apartment was perfect to sit, visit, and enjoy our time. The TV in the living area either didn't work or we weren't tech enough to make it work. Be advised, there was no hair dryer furnished and no toaster in the kitchen but anything else one could wish for was there.

Amazing Stay
This was an amazing stay for me and my family we all enjoyed the area and it was so close to all my family in the area so clean and very accommodating. Easy communication with property owner really enjoyed my stay here really recommend staying here.

Villages at Weslaco
This property was located perfectly for our needs. It is well maintained and clean. Like all rental properties one may want to consider bringing your own cooking utensils (knives, spatulas, scrapers, etc.). Our only concern was internet service with our personal devices. Service was extremely unreliable though it didn't seem to have any affect on tv services. We are not the "techiest" people so perhaps there is something we could have done to improve it but I don't know what it would have been. All in all it was a wonderful rental unit with the owner/manager being very responsive to any questions/concerns we encountered.

Great location, clean and comfortable!
We were in Weslaco to visit family for a week. This was the perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and our family. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean, has nice furniture and a modern comfortable decor. We'd definitely recommend this location to anyone thinking of staying in the Weslaco area.

Nice, clean property
My father, brother and I stayed here for a couple of nights. Brian was a very good communicator throughout our stay. The property is as advertised with nice, clean rooms and the kitchen was nicely supplied for us to cook breakfast each day. I would definitely stay here again.
