For the price, was ok. Very creepy area, outside very junky, trashy. Bathtub looks like feeding trough for animals. Very tiny, but you get what you pay for. We didn't stay, paid for another very nice spot for 50 more a night.

Cozy weekend

The cabin is very cozy and small great for a romantic get away. Check in was easy and the owner even gave us a heads up about flooding along with a website to check for road closures. The only downside about the weekend was it rained//stormed the whole time (April stay) and was unable to utilize the fire pit and grill. However, it still ended up being a relaxing weekend and we loved being able to see and feel the storm along with watching the wild life through windows by the bed. We can’t wait to book another stay in the future!

Travel light

Limited room for bags/clothing. Could only open one window and bathroom door blocked the A/C. Bathing was a drag, hot water heater too small for tub, so bird bath was the best option.The tub never drains completely so that's kinda gross for the next person.

Cozy little cabin

An overall great experience. Small and minimalistic, dont overpack to save space. Extreme heat or cold can be a bit of a challenge with a window AC unit in the summertime and a mounted heater over the bed for the wintertime. For us staying in the winter in 20F temps it was cozy enough with the heater circulating warm air, just close the bathroom door to heat less space. Makes for a fast and cold experience when using the restroom however.

great for the hunt

it was a great place to stay for a short hunting weekend, with that said i wished it had a shower head or adjustable faucet to use as a shower head. other than that it served its pourpose.

perfect weekend getaway

My partner and I loved the cabin--was very much like glamping--where we could be close and in nature without having to sleep on the ground! The host was easy to communicate with and the procedures were all very easy to understand and follow. While there were a lot of bugs (that was to be expected) and the sink was small (also to be expected) we would definitely stay again! It was such a cute little cabin.

Great stay

I enjoyed it. The only disadvantage I had is it dosen't have a shower, only a big bathtub. For just a one person stay it was perfect.

Small but scenic.

The cabin is small but met our needs. If you are handicap the bathing facilities are not for you. The owner and property manager were both fantastic and communicated very well. Next time I will go for a bigger one. But this one was economical and fine.

Weekend get away

Cabin was very small but adequate for a weekend get away. Not a lot of storage for your stuff. Bring paper products and plastic silverware if you don't want to wash dishes in the tiny bathroom sink. No shower only a huge bathtub. Bed was very comfortable. Location was close to Hocking Hills park. Be sure to get pizza from Mama Renie's in McArthur. It was awesome!
