"Very quiet, pretty neighborhood close to all the great things Gettysburg has to offer. The one small complaint is that we felt the washer and dryer were not very accessible as the bilco door they were behind had a lot of live spiders and webs covering the basement entry door and we had no way to clear them out. To also be fair, we did not want to bother the owners with that so that was our own choice as well."

"I traveled and stayed for the weekend with 6 adults. If you have kids, this would be fine as we stayed in a premiere cabin. The bunk bed were tight for us. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable with the bar in your back and the main bed was ok. The place was clean and the shower had a good amount of hot water. The TV couldn’t get a signal to work. The place overall needs some TLC, but it was overall just ok. "

"First impressions count and we all thought the house was charming. It is quirky but that is part of the appeal. It is centrally located and easy to walk to all shops and restaurants. It was also very close to the parade on Memorial Day which was nice. The back garden is large and peaceful if the weather is nice enough to sit outside. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. "Very cool historic building to get the whole Gettysburg experience. The hotel on the outside isn’t much to look at due to overgrown plants, surrounding property getting cleared and outside structure needs renovated. The interior is really nice but some of the floors are really uneven yet can’t expect perfect with a house built in the late 1700s lol. Overall, I’d recommend it and would stay here again!"

"Had to shorten our original reservation to one night, due to a death in the family. Because of this, there was some confusion when we checked in. Kudos to Mandy, the Customer Service Manager, who took care of the problem and even upgraded our room because of the mixup! It was a beautiful room and a beautiful view of the sunset! This is the second time that we’ve stayed here and it will continue to be our choice when we visit Gettysburg!"
