"The house was perfect for our large group! We loved having the pool to entertain the kids while the adults could rest in the afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed and was the perfect open concept so all of our group could spend time together. The location was close to New Braunfels, San Antonio, and Seguin so everything we wanted to do was really close. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we got there and Randy was there with a repairman within minutes to add the coolant needed....

"La propiedad, su piscina de “lady River”, el apartamento, todo muy agradable. Lo que me sorprendió fue lo sucio de los pisos, y es que al ser de color oscuro y no lisos, y seguramente, no limpiar como se debería, estaban realmente sucios. Puedo mostrarles prueba de ello. Si volvería a alquilar en el lugar, solo que los llamaría para que enviaran a alguien para solucionar esa situación. "

"Great location!!!! The only time we had to drive anywhere was when we went tubing - drove to the Rockin R to rent tubes and put into the river. Otherwise, everything else - Gruene Hall, shopping, and restaurants were in easy walking distance!!!! The pool was refreshing! We had a great time!!!!"

"Beautiful little cottage with a welcoming feel. I didn’t plan on using the hot tub but within the first two hours, my wife and kids were already in it. So I can say it was a nice touch. Great size lot with plenty of room for any activities. Use the grill to make some delicious fajitas. Location is right outside of town which makes it super convenient. My favorite part was probably the chicken theme. A plus is all the appliances works as they should. Also great water pressure with hot and cold."

"We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, romantic condo. Parking was easy and accessible. Fun activities were very close by. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a full day of fun and just a few steps walk from the condo. Deborah, the owner, did a great job in making our stay delightful!"

"Be careful with the pictures because, This was NOT the booking we arrived at (VERY disappointed) although the owner for the property is a EXTRA sweet guy. The room was unprepared, the lighting in the place wasn’t working, maintenance was IN there already when we arrived to fix it. So they were in our way of resting and getting ourselves together. The apartment was so small.The shower water pressure was POOR so, my shower took way longer. The area was cute. The people were nosy n funny looking...
