"First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here."

"My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Melbourne. This house had a ton of space for all of us and everything needed for a comfortable stay. "James was very nice and replied to any changes or concerns promptly. The house was great. Very clean when we arrived with enough room for my family. It can be difficult to find a place that will allow dogs and was very pleased to find this one. I would have liked to have a little more cookware but we made do. Would definitely recommend and if we are ever in that area again i would see if it is available. Thank you so much for everything!"
