Business trip
This is one of my favourite stays when I travel to Melbourne for work. Close to shops and restaurants, work and only two minutes from the beach - great to unwind after a day of meetings. I'll be back.

Great place to stay with a pet. Enclosed courtyard perfect. Beach just around the corner. Transport opposite. Shops and restaurants very close by. The shower is amazing. We had a lovely stay.

Best ever for dog owners
My dog and I compete in agility and almost every weekend we travel to compete. My friend and her farm dog joined us for her first competition as I coach them. We loved the accommodation, we really loved having a dog beach in walking distance and loved the dog friendly pub nearby that really were dog friendly. We all slept really well which meant we both won overall class champion. I will travel extra to book here for competitions that are close and already have. Thank you.

Work and relaxation
I have been staying at this lovely studio when I travel to Melbourne for work for a couple of years now. It is a very relaxing place, especially after a long day at work. The beach, restaurants, supermarket and train station are within easy walking distance.

Good stay for a night or two
No access to drinking water unless you can stomach the thought of drinking from the bathroom sink. Clean place except the shower which had mould spots. Bed was very noisy every time you move. It was a good location near the beach. Good stay for a night or two if you are passing through.

No privacy
We are grateful for any place to have our toy poodle with us, but for the price you'd at least expect a kitchen sink, not washing dishes in the bathroom basin. We lost all our food, cos freezer didnt freeze, would've been better in our car freezer. Stayz advertising says you have the whole house but our dog was anxious from the noises in other half of house, dogs barking etc and we had to keep all the blinds closed for privacy as people in garden and on worksite could look in. Too expensive for what it was. No good for honeymooners either as the bed squeaking would wake the neighbours. Great shower.

Perfect location for a let friendly beach holiday
A very comfortable one room ground floor bedsit with everything you need and a great location. 4 minutes walk to a dog friendly beach and lots of cafes and eateries right on the doorstep. I stayed with my dog Mack and we both had a great time.

The studio was clean and bright. The check in process was easy. The beach is close although it is the waves of traffic and the braking/accelerating trains that transition your sleep.

Convenient and dog friendly
Super convenient and comfortable for me and the dogs. Little fenced courtyard with gravel that was helpful for a quick exercise for the dogs after arriving late at night. Quiet, despite location. Convenient location. Lots of tea/coffee and great breakfast choices. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great Little Place
This little Studio was just what we were looking for. Location was great, the courtyard was perfect for our dog to be able to explore & have a walk around after travelling, and the size of the Studio was spacious & comfortable. The only thing that would have made life a tiny bit easier was a kitchen sink - but that is only a minor issue. Otherwise - thanks so Isy, for your hospitality x

All it needs ia a kitchen sink and the you should review the door handles. It was so pretty and quot so it gave me perfect dog and human time with no drama with my hosts. Highly recommended.
