Nice place!
Overall, this is a very nice place to stay in Memphis. Very nice condo, very clean, secure parking, which is very important! We would certainly stay there again. The only caveat that I would like to let the property owner know about lack of soap for showering, several lightbulbs were burnt out, etc. Minor issues which could be addressed very easily for routine, maintenance and upkeep.

Bummer!
Well to start the photo does not have anything to do with my rental - three days before arriving I reached out to the host because I had been sent nothing about the check-in process, codes, what have you. I get a reply the next day stating that the unit is under renovation and is not available - What? The host blamed VRBO for not cancelling the reservation earlier but said he had another unit in the same building with the same lay-out, great I thought. So I took it to avoid the stress of having to scramble to find something else, but left not happy. The unit needs work, it was not very clean, walls need paint, towels were dirty, carpet was old and warn out, the shower door almost fell-off when I opened it, no hangers for clothes in the master, instant coffee, who leaves instant coffee for their guests? I have stayed in many VRBO and this was sadly not up to the standards I have come to expect. This unit needs a major upgrade and does not come close to anything like the picture of the unit I was supposed to get, not even close.

Great Place in The Edge
This was my first experience with and use of VRBO, and I could not be any happier. The place was very clean and well appointed. I especially liked the decorative odes to Elvis, Al Green, Otis Redding and other Memphis giants of music. The neighborhood is akin to other cities' art/up-and-coming areas. A great benefit of this was being away from downtown but just just close enough that it was a 10-15 minute walk to places; very close to the Memphis Redbirds' stadium. Parking was a breeze. Security sound. Final note: The host was very communicative and helpful from the booking date to checkout. He included handy, laminated sheets with recommendations of what to do, attractions, and favorite restaurants around town. Fantastic stay.

Mattresses Ugh
Everything was great except the mattresses in both bedrooms. I know the opinions of mattresses and comfort can vary person by person. I would not recommend staying here unless the comfort of the beds is addressed.

A Home Away From Home
First, the location is only 2 blocks from Beale Street. Second, the location is very secure which is important in Memphis. If there is anything ypu meed, the owner tries his best to please you. My family & I really appreciate the hospitality! We will definitely book again.

The location of Thai property being within walking distance of downtown. The brewery across the street was among and definitely a benefit. The owner was very communicative .

Memphis is GREAT!
This is a great spot, There's a great brewery and brunch/drink spot right across the street. Walking distance to a few great landmarks. Sun records, The car museum and only about a mile walk to the coveted Beale Street. We did a river tour (Highly recommend) the Sun Records tour, got some great BBQ at Rendezvous and we were excited they had the art expo on Riverside DR that weekend. We didn't forget to check out silky's or tin roof! Great space, You'll love the atmosphere. When it comes to traveling, This is where you stay in memphis!

We had a great experience staying in this condo
Jason was very responsive and provided great suggestions for things to do during our stay. The condo was clean and had all of the essentials for a great stay. We appreciated the gated community and the spacious garage for our vehicle. We also appreciated the king size bed, which was extremely comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep! This condo was clean, safe, and walking distance to Beale Street as well as across the street from a microbrewery and cafe. We would definitely stay here again! I would recommend checking open hours of specific restaurants you would like to enjoy due to varying days off.

Impromptu Trip to Memphis
We decided to take a quick impromptu trip to Memphis for Labor Day weekend. This rental was perfect for our family. Check in was a breeze and the host was a gem to work with. Super quick and inexpensive Uber ride to Beale St from the property. The cherry on top for us was the massive garage that our large SUV fit into with plenty of room to spare. I highly recommend this rental!

My Go To in Memphis
As always, Jason had the house ready for us to return. Very clean, safe and quiet. Will stay next year as well. This is our 3rd time staying at the property. Nice neighbors and neighborhood. In walking distance to everything or a quick drive if you don't want to go on Beale.

Walking in Memphis
Location location location was perfect. The music history of Memphis is amazing Sun studios is a 2 minute walk from this condo. The condo was just like the pictures and had all the amenities needed in Kitchen etc. Parking in the garage was great, downtown was less than a 5 minute drive. Bicycle riding on Mud island was fantastic. Graceland is a place that everyone should visit when in Memphis. We will definitely rent this place again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the owners were quick to reply to any questions we had. We enjoyed the condo and it was in a good location relative to the things we wanted to do and see while in Memphis, and also provided quick access to the interstate when we wanted to venture away from downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would use it again.

Amazing is an understatement@
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The photos are exactly what we received, but the host, Jason, went above and beyond my expectations. He was always available and made sure we had everything needed. When I say everything, I mean just that! He actual bought a top of the line air fryer and had it personally delivered! I requested it and he got it! He's awesome! I will book again if Memphis is my destination!

Perfect place to stay!
We loved this apartment. We had plenty of space to "spread out" and it was just as pictured online. We were able to walk to High Cotton Brewing, Sun Studios and Edge Auto Museum, and it was a convenient drive everywhere else we went. We would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone traveling to Memphis.
