Great Stay
Property was clean and host was very responsive. Parking was tricky but we knew about that before booking. Overall, a great place to stay!

Had fun, but rough first day
Did not get check in door codes until 4pm the day of check in. Uber dropped us off at the address of the condo but the number on the address was not clearly marked on the door it was 10 feet above us in the window. When we arrived at 350pm i sent a message to the owners but they didnt get back to us right away, so we stood outside for a while. The building itself is run down, but the condo is beautiful. Enjoyed the rest of ourstay.

Penthouse Downtown Condo
Condo was very nice and exactly like the description. Finding the entrance was a challenge and not well marked especially finding it in the dark. Interior of building needed some attention for cleaning and smell but once you enter the condo it was perfect and well maintained. We enjoyed the sun pouring through the windows and the view over the park. The condo was within walking distance of Beale Street, the Peacock hotel and restaurants.

Mom's 60th Birthday Trip
we enjoyed the stay. The photos don't do justice. the property is well furnished and decorated. We stayed midweek so we were able to get metered parking. The property does have an elevator. That was a plus being on the 3rd floor. easy property access. Overlooking a park from the balcony. easy walk to Peabody to watch the ducks. Thank you

Perfect Memphis Stay
Great condo. Nicely decorated. Stunning high-ceilinged, spacious LR. Lots of seating. Windows overlooking park. Well-outfitted Master BR. Bathrooms and kitchen...everything was clean and modern...felt new. Owner helped us with instructions for arrival. Elevator. Secure building. We were comfortable in the city neighborhood, but some might not be. You have to figure out parking. People in Memphis were very friendly. Overall great stay!

Great Memphis Penthouse!
My wife and I spent 3 nights here and just loved the property. It was quite big for just the two of us and could easily host a family or two couples. We used the kitchen for making coffee and breakfast. The expansive living room with the skylights is just so awesome. Easy to walk to many restaurants and to Beale Street area. This was our first time in Memphis and glad we had this place to call 'home' for a few days.

Great Memphis Stay
Location was close to lots of bars and restaurants. There was lots of room for the 4 of us and everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Had plenty of privacy with the 2 master bedroom/bathroom locations.

A delightful condo right downtown!
What a great place! You never know what you’ll get when you book something you’ve never seen, but this was a real gem! So clean, bright and comfortable! Very well furnished, beautifully decorated and very convenient to attractions downtown. Perfect for 2 couples traveling together! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely PERFECT!
I won't have enough space to rave about this place. Contact with the owner was instant, he was an absolute treat to deal with. Condo was clean and Gorgeous!!! Bright rooms, super comfy lounging area, way-funky furniture, excellent comfy beds. Walking distance to the main Street where the bars are. This place could not have been better!! JUMP at the chance to stay here!

Birthday Escape
We cane to Memphis for my wife’s birthday. The Penthouse was perfect. The decore was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. We loved how close it was to Main Street. It was a little over a block to Flight were we went for dinner. The walk to the Orpheum was short as well. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making our birthday celebration perfect.
