How do you describe something that is so wonderful you don't want to leave? Diego was amazing, answering every question quickly and making our checkin/check out process a breeze. The property is beautiful, the views are perfection, and we could not have asked for a better location. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful

The view was amazing, the air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it actually cooled!!! Location was fantastic and very walkable! Appreciated the ease of the office for key pick up and drop off with it being right downstairs. We had a kind welcome gift waiting for us as well!! Would highly recommend!

Great location and views of Lake Comp

Nice and spacious apartment and decor. So nice to have the management company in the same building. They were very accommodating. Good restaurants nearby plus grocery and pharmacy. A block from the ferry making it convenient to visit other towns on the lake.

I can’t say enough good things about the management team. They are top notch! The apartment was clean and as advertised and had a spectacular view of the lake. The immediate area felt safe and friendly. A very charming place!

Great spot in Menaggio!

We were a family group of six staying at Tosca 2. The location is great, right on the lake a few steps from Piazza Garibaldi. The lakeview was wonderful. The apartment is comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. Next door restaurant Taco was very good. The Lake Holiday staff were helpful. The apartment could use a little more amenities--paper towels, basic kitchen items like spices and extra paper items. Free parking is down the street. Would recommend!

Property is only a 3 star. No microwave as indicated under amenities. No kitchen towels, toaster or broom to sweep! This place is too hot without air conditioning. Down right miserable. Front door lock got stuck, we had to call the office for help.

Amazing view and great location of apartment

Super view - surely one of the best on the lake. Really close to Menaggio centre (2 minute walk), Boats, ferrys and buses easily available too - we hired a car but didn't need it apart from a few day trips and there is parking in town. Would recommend

It’s a great location. Spacious, clean, beautiful balcony

We were there 2 very busy days so we only got there to sleep. It’s a little warm since no AC but it wasn’t too bad. We didn’t cook or did anything else. Just take showers and sleep. It was great.

Nice place on the lake

Most of the place is very nice. The space with the view of the lake and balcony is very nice. The bedrooms could use some good lights as you can't see what you are doing with the small bedside lamps. Also, the place was very stingy with providing necessities. No dish soap to wash dishes and only two rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 4 days. They did provide a complimentary welcome gift with a bottle of white wine and some snacks that we did not drink or eat. I would shop right away for what you need as there is a nice grocery store down the street.

Wonderful location

Listening to the water lapping on the shore was the icing on the cake. Great location, walkable to so many things, including the ferry to the other towns. Good restaurants near by. Beautiful little town.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location in the most wonderful town. Easy walking access to ferry, restaurants, grocery and bakeries. We loved it here so much we asked to stay an additional night. The balcony was our favorite spot. We loved hearing the sounds of Menaggio. The motorcycles are noisy at night on the weekends as we kept the windows open but this location was perfect. The host was so kind to come help us when we had a small issue and we enjoyed his helpful knowledge of the area.

Fantastic location

Everyone loved Menaggio and this place was right on the lake. We walked downstairs and were in the lake. The town is small and everything we needed or wanted was right there.

Location Location Location! Close to the ferry and the main shops. The place was roomy with multiple couches. The View was everything!!! The major downside for us was the lack of air conditioning.

Four friends visit Menaggio

Great views, loved the easy access from the ferry which made the location particularly good for visitors without a car. The bedroom with twin beds is very small and would be better for children but we did ok. Fans are provided which we really appreciated. Staff in the office were wonderful and very helpful.

The property had many issues , but view and location terrific! Furniture, kitchen, bathroom all need upgrades as they are very old and dirty. Not enough cups and glasses and limited cookware. Property managers were responsive and helpful
