"The Lake House is an excellent spot to get together with friends and family. Plenty of room for everyone, excellent views across to Goose Island. An abundance of mosquitoes kept the deterrents close by, but that is the price you pay for being so close to the lake. The bedrooms could use ceiling fans or something to move the air around on those really hot nights. We struggled a bit for fridge space with a party of 10. If you were there for more than 3 days you might have trouble keeping...

"We loved the view of the water with pelicans and other birds from both the balcony, lounge and dining table. The house has everything you need with both family and ensuite bathrooms, board games, pod coffee machine and TV. Plenty of parking for multiple cars and a boat. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Nearby we enjoyed eats at Pier 28 who also have a handy small downstairs mini-mart."

"Peaceful, tranquil & quiet ! Loved the view and easy access for the nearby boat ramp. Being able to moore our boat on the private jetty on this property is definately a bonus. Amazing birdlife at harmony with natural surroundings. A pleasure to watch & observe. Plenty of fish caught directly off the jetty (mullaway, black bream, salmon trout) all slightly undersize so they were released back to the water. "Superlatives can’t do justice to this place. It’s peaceful, beautiful, set in natural surroundings and the facilities exceed all expectations. Mik the friendly owner has thought of EVERYTHING- there are facilities for all kinds of outdoor & indoor activities, kids are well catered for and the kitchen and pantry are well stocked for your needs. It is a drive to the shops but you hardly need to! Never stayed in accommodation which has such thoughtful facilities."
