My wife and I are both firefighters/paramedics, were are no stranger to trauma. In June, our 28 year old special needs son was placed in the hospital, we would spend the next month watching his health slowly decline until doctors told us, there was nothing they could do. We lost him on July 16th. My wife and I looked everywhere for a place to purge our heart, breathe and reset. We were always drawn back to this little cabins listing. We both felt this was the place. Pictures do not do this view justice, you are high on the mountailn, looking into a deep lush farm filled valley. The cabin is small, but felt just like home, it is very private and quiet, which was our perfect enviorment that was needed. The sun rising across the valley is a spectacle for which heaven beckons. At night the stars feel like they are right our your door. The mountain air cleasning your soul as mother nature intends. We saw lots of critters too right off the screened porch. A doe with her two little fawns, a grey fox, a racoon, a box turtle, and the hawks circling and riding the wind , so close you feel the wisps of their feathers. This cabin indeed feels like the gate to Heaven. We will be back!!!!!!!
