Fantastic House!!
One of the best, if not THE best, vacations rentals we've ever stayed in! The host met us there when we checked in and walked us through everything in the house. There was a 20+ plus page info book, which was very helpful. If anything the house was cleaner and better than the pictures and listing indicated. We asked the hosts numerous questions and they responded within minutes. I'd happily stay at any Burro y Flauta property in the future!

Such a cute place. Service should get more than 5 stars!
This is a cute and comfortable place. There is a living room and three bedrooms with air conditioning. A must when visiting in the summer! The kitchen is open to two courtyards and so cute. We loved the shower in the primary suite. We greatly appreciated the washer and dryer and the laundry soap on hand so we didn't have to immediately find a store. The property managers were beyond helpful. I can't say enough about the responsiveness and the services they provide. Everything is laid out neatly in a binder and accessed through a QR code. Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay
We had an amazing stay at Casa Panda. On top of being charming, the house was clean, comfortable and convenient. The Santa Ana Mercado was within walking distance and all the amenities we could require were available in the house. Beto was also very responsive to all communication. I would highly recommend Casa Panda and will definitely book again.

Wonderful Property!
We stayed at this beautiful property for 10 days with another couple and found it had everything we needed - comfortable beds, lots of areas for relaxation, a small pool to cool down in, a fully functional kitchen, and within close proximity to downtown. Strongly recommend!

Great time!
We were a family of seven ages 11-75- this property was perfect for our size. Everyone had space and the location was fantastic. Down the street from a great coffee spot and walking distance to all the best places in Merida Centro. We brought ear plugs and eye masks as most streets in Merida can be loud even at night and we recommend you do the same. The host Beto was there to greet us upon arrival and when we had one small problem (one air conditioner wasn’t working) he had it fixed within an hour or two of my notifying him. The kitchen was well equipped, there was fresh water for us, great water pressure, hot water, and a fun dip pool for the kids. Thank you- it was a great stay!

Home away from home
If you are looking for a clean, spacious, comfortable and air conditioned place to stay in in the beautiful area of Santa Ana and Paseo Montejo this is the place for you and your family or friends. We absolutely fell in love with this home. It was true to the listing and photos. We had all the comforts from home that we are used to. We didn't want to leave and we are already planning our next stay here. The city is so safe and quiet. My teens walked into the city at 10pm to go grab dinner and dessert with no worries at all.

Mėrida visit
We had a great stay. We waled around the city and saw the sites. We wanted to go to a cenote on our last day and Beto was more than happy to assist in getting one together for us. All in all a memorable trip for us in this area of Mexico. I will not think twice about booking with this host again. Everything was professional and welcoming. Thank you for everything.

Séjour parfait
Un séjour en famille de 5 semaines parfait à Casa Panda. La maison contient tout ce dont nous avions besoin et même plus. Idéal pour les enfants également. Très bien entretenu et beaucoup de fournitures (serviettes de bain, serviettes de piscines, café, savon, etc.). Parfaitement situé. À distance de marche de plusieurs attractions. Sinon, taxi/didi/uber très facile à accéder directement à la maison ou à proximité. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe de Burro y Flauta et à Beto (concierge) qui rendent l'expérience tout aussi agréable. Une grande équipe toujours prête à aider et à répondre à nos besoins dans un délai presque immédiat. Un service exceptionnel.

Home Away from Home
This was one of the best stays – and I’ve stayed in many VRBOs from Colorado, Florida, and Sedona. The house was very clean and kept up. The pool was a great amenity to beat the heat, especially for my children (11yo & 8yo). They provided with plenty of towels. The customer service was fantastic. Our concierge, Beto, was the best. He was attentive and extremely friendly. The rental is a short 10-15 min walk to the very busy Santa Lucia plaza where restaurants and noise are plentiful. There is a paleteria (ice cream shop) 1-2 blocks away – one of my children favorite stops. Overall, we loved our 18 days stay at Casa Panda.

This place has everything!
Of the 4 vacation rentals we stayed at in the Yucatan, this was our favorite. It has a great location, wonderful style, great concierge, and a nice pool for cooling off. Casa Panda fit our family of 4 very well. You can walk everywhere and if you have a car, you can safely park outside. Thanks for an amazing rental.

Nous avons adoré la maison. Elle est fraîche (avec air conditionné et ventilateur au plafond). Les espaces sont très agréables et beaux. Un coup de coeur pour la salle de bain du fond! Merida Oasis
We had an amazing 3 night stay here! There are way too many great things to say about the house, but here are some highlights: - We loved the indoor-outdoor layout - The pool was incredibly refreshing and enjoyable - The rooms were all very spacious, clean and comfortable - The wifi and AC worked really well throughout the house - The outdoor look and feel of the master bathroom was a treat! - The location of the house was great - we were able to walk everywhere - The host was very accommodating, responsive and kind - Really wish we could have stayed longer, so we'll definitely be back!

Great house in Santa Ana
My family and I stayed at Casa Panda for 8 nights and we enjoyed the house and location. My favorite part was waking early in the morning and going to the mercado for eggs, tortillas, fruit and fresh juice. The kids loved the pool and the comfortable bedrooms. Mike was very responsive and we enjoyed talking to him. The location is convenient to the centro and other neighborhoods. Great stay!

Wonderful Week in Merida
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Panda. The house is spacious and the pool is fantastic, especially since it got over 100 degrees the week we stayed. The house is centrally located and in a very safe neighborhood, we found ourselves walking to shops, restaurants and the historic parks. The home is well appointed with everything you need. Check-in was a breeze, Beto was waiting for us with our information and keys. Check out was even was even easier. I highly recommend this house and can not wait to return!

Beautiful home in a beautiful city
Our family had a wonderful stay in Casa Panda. I especially liked the indoor/outdoor atmosphere that makes colonial homes special. The kids and I swam every day in the pool, which was perfect for the hot afternoons. Most of all, the service was exceptional. We had a few questions throughout our stay, and each was answered within 10 minutes by text or phone. The concierge even went the extra mile to help my friend, at another place, find a driver. There were a few mosquitoes, making it so that we shut our bedroom doors at night and used AC, rather than leaving them open to the courtyard. But the owners had carefully set out mosquito repellent spray and devices, in case we needed them.

Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, extremely clean. Management is the best. We had a small problem with the shower which was remedied immediately. The concierge went out of his way to be of assistance. The in-house dinner arranged through them was fabulous. Can't say enough about the services of this company. The location was great also.
