The house was perfect for our short family trip. We spent a day on Cocoa that took only minutes to drive and the beach was easily accessible. Spent a day at Kennedy Space Center that was less than 20 minutes away. The house has a ping pong table that kept us all entertained, as well as a very maintained pool and hot tub. We did lots of cooking and grilling as the house is fully stocked and equipped with everything needed. Will definitely reserve again!!!

Right Place to Rest and Relax

The Home was Cozy and Pleasant to Stay in. Nestled in a Quiet Cul-de-sac.Closec to shopping plazas, Walmart, Piblix, Winn Dixie. And quite a few places to eat. Very Clean and well maintained. The Kitchen had everything needed.As well as what you can think of for the beach The pool and jacuzzi were clean and enjoyable. Plus many other things.We needed a new propane tank for the grill and it was delivered and we were ready to grill in less than 10 minutes. Amazing!Cindy was Fantastic and Pleasant to speak with and Easy to reach.She got us into the home quickly and very easily, not to mentiion, she was kind enough to let us check in earlier, which was a Tremendous Help. Would Definitely Stay here again.Great Experience. Go Enjoy.

Baseball Vacation

The listing was accurate with my experience of the house. Everything was clean and everything you needed was there. Kitchen gadgets, pool floats, beach items. Kids had a blast swimming and playing ping pong daily. Definitely a place I would stay again.

Great stay

Soon as I checked In it was an easy keyless entry the house had all of the equipment for cooking washer and dryer, pool, hottub, it was a very nice home and Walmart is super close by for all the necessities

Great experience

The property was everything we asked for and more. The location was minutes away from the beach and food around the corner of every street. Neighbors were peaceful and back yard is great for a relaxing day outside. The pool is a great size for adults and children. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house and many great memories were made.

Lovely, quiet retreat

This spacious home is in a very quiet neighbor, with a private fenced in yard. The heated pool, hot tub and hammock were nice to relax in. Many amenities were provided. The hosts were very accessible and quick to respond to any needs or issues we had. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place on a cul-de-sac

Quaint place with plenty of room on a cul-de-sac. House was in close proximity to many local and chain restaurants and just a short drive away from all the attractions. The hot tub was plenty warm, the pool as well. Plenty of space to gather with family and friends. The check-in service was un matched answering any questions I had and were very accommodating. I’d most definitely stay here again.

Great Property with plenty of space

My family and I really enjoyed our time and had a g rest vacation. The house had plenty of room for everyone and we took advantage of the pool and grill. The ping pong table stirred up some competition and location was close to many restaurants and the beach. We’ll be back.

The best stay ever

We absolutely loved every min next time we come to Florida we will be staying here it was in such a good neighborhood and quiet and the kids loved the pool and the hot tub was amazing

Perfect Family Retreat!

My family and I stayed for a family vacation prior to sending daughter to college. HIGHLY recommend this property! Clean, conveniently located to beaches, shopping, restaurants and grocery. The pool was amazing to have for us all to gather around! The space inside is great for family gatherings! Beds/rooms were comfortable/clean! We look forward to staying here again! Lovely Florida Home

All of the amenities made this a great home. From the pool, hot tub, ping pong table to the fully stocked linens and toiletries- all we had to do was walk in and enjoy! We would stay here again next time we visit the area.

Spacious Comfort

Our host Cindy was available and friendly. Our family had a wonderful time inside and out during our stay at this clean, well kept, spacious, nicely appointed, well equipped, and comfortable home. We easily found everything we needed to make meals in the fantastic kitchen. Besides seeing two rocket launches, we hardly went out because we had so much fun playing ping pong and games at the large table. The hot tub was wonderful in the nice private back yard. With plenty of outdoor seating, large covered table, pool, comfy hammock and grill, the backyard was perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back every year! Thank you, Cindy!

nice house, quiet neighborhoood

This house was everything that is showed in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet & nice for sitting outside winding down from the day. Screen porch was an added benefit. Being that it's on a cul-de-sac very little traffic.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. Excellent communication with the manager. The hammock stand was there, but no hammock. I messaged and the manager's husband delivered it that afternoon. We were in town for Bioluminescence Kayaking and the beautiful beaches.

Best Florida vacation yet

Our family of 5, 3 kids 12 to 6 absolutely enjoyed this house, it felt more like a home. Very clean and relaxed. Ping Pong in the garage, great deep pool, hot tub, very private back yard. Only a less than 10 minute drive to the beach at Allen Shepard park and the board walk. Close to parks with trails, fishing piers, we bass fished almost every day there. 5 minutes from Walmart. Great location, great property. We plan on going back there again. Cindy the host was responsive to any questions and gave out suggestions to local amenities.

Great home while visiting family

We stayed here while visiting our home town. The house was really nice. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus my sister and her son to stay with us. Our kids enjoyed the pool too. We’d definitely consider staying here again when we come back into town.

Very misrepresented!!

This property was terrible and not how it was presented online. The pool was filthy and moldy and didn’t seem to pump. The hot tub was also disgusting and broken. There were broken floor boards in the master bedroom, creating a trip hazard. There was a musty stake and smoky odor in the master bedroom. One of the smoke detectors went off several times over night and when we search to find which one it was we realized only one even had batteries! I had to argue with Evolve to request a refund and they only refunded us a portion. I will never use Evolve again. This place was sorely misrepresented.
