"Amazing place, when I arrived at the reception it was old fashioned but when the Lady took me around to the rooms I was really in the 20th century. The security locks used were impressive. "Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. We found it superb for our short trip and would happily return. As we were a little out of season it seemed that some of the cottages opposite ours were being...

"This is a very old property with some low ceilings. The pub and restaurant seems to be very popular. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. The slopping floors make for some fun walks! Ideal for our requirements whilst visiting family and I would certainly come again."
