Quiet, convenient and comfortable!
Family of 4 adults passing through Mesquite which have done many times. We wish we would have found this place sooner. It is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Much more pleasant and a better value than local hotel rooms!

Comfortable & spacious
Daniel was great to work with. The property itself could use some fresh paint in a few spots & maybe a professional deep clean but it wasn't gross. It just had a comfortable, used feel to it. Not one where your afraid to touch anything & worried about your kids making a mess or breaking something. It definitely beat staying in a hotel. The layout was very spacious & the neighborhood was quiet. We loved that we werent on top of each other all the time. The beds are really firm so my kids opted to sleep on the bean bags (which they loved) & on the couch. Theres no grass so that was a bummer but we took the kids & the dog for a walk next to the mountain side and let them throw rocks and it suited them fine. We would stay here again.

Great property and prime location
This property was very clean and comfortable for 4 golfers. A room for each of us. Great location for all golf courses and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Good property but needs some more comfort
The property is conveniently located to soccer facilities, and a great place for families with children. Bunk room was fun for the kids. All 3 double beds were very uncomfortable as they were extra firm. We had to pad all mattresses with extra bedding to make them barable for our multi-night stay. Kitchen was great, BBQ worked, and host was easy to work with.

What a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Check-in and access couldn’t have been easier. Host was awesome and quick to communicate with any questions I had. Close to Casinos and everything thing else we needed, yet far enough from the traffic and noise. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great Stay
The host was very accommodating and allowed us to drop off our bags early before heading out to golf on our first day. We received everything we needed to know a couple days before check in. Everything went smoothly. And the house was clean and nice.

Yearly golf trip
Perfect house to rent for a golf trip as it had enough room and beds for 4 of us. Some things in the house are a little dated like the bathroom faucets but didnt really concern us. The mattresses are very firm but some people like a firm mattress. Jonathan was easy to work with and i would book this again for a golf trip.

GREAT COMFORTABLE STAY
This house is tucked away in a quite part of town, but it is still close to anything you might want to do. The home was clean and comfortable. We will likely stay here again in the future if it's available.

Good place to stay
We rented this property while our new house was being built and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s not all brand new and so perfect you are scared to break something. It is clean and comfortable to stay and feel comfortable in a safe neighborhood. Yard was wonderful for our two dogs and the 3 car garage saved us having to get a storage for the things we were bringing from our previous house. Thank you Johnathon!

Great Place To Stay!
We went to Mesquite for spring break and do some side by side riding in the warmer weather to escape the frozen Wyoming landscape. Daniel was great, 5 stars for sure, very fast responses and clear communications. The home listing was advertised correctly, making it an easy choice. In a very quiet neighborhood far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get where you want quickly. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with all the essentials (though we couldn't find a pair of scissors) we probably didn't look hard enough. Furniture was good, lots of seats, plenty of comfortable beds to choose from, (would have liked a king in the primary room though). Good selection of games to pass the time on the bad weather day and corn hole for outside on the good weather days. Didn't use the fire pit with provided wood, but would have if the weather would have been a bit warmer. The BBQ grill seemed pretty new and clean, had to use that to grill up some dinner. The outdoor table with umbrella and chairs were a good spot to relax in the backyard and enjoy some adult refreshments in the afternoon. Was able to fit our side by side and trailer in the garage. The back yard is fully fenced so our terrier couldn't get out and visit the neighborhood. Will definitely will stay there again in the future if we don't end up buying our own.
