"What can’t I say about our stay at Greg’s casita in Sayulita. Pictures don’t do the place justice the amazing views, the cleanliness, loved the privacy and pool. A quick walk to town, great bars, beach and eateries. We honestly cant wait to book our return trip and stay there again. "

"Very modern, minimalist space. Comfortable and well appointed, great layout for multiple travellers. Note that the whole space is open concept, meaning the walls do not extend to the ceiling, even in the washrooms. Further some of the amenities, as listed on Orbitz, require 24 hour notice: such as laundry. Property was immaculate and communications were excellent. Really appreciated this hidden gem in a quiet corner of the bustle of Sayulita. Thank you!!"

"We stayed for a week in the summer The property is a short walk to Sayulita village The house is fabulous and the outdoor space is stunning The property managers looked after us well Simple arrival and check out procedures The hill is a steep climb, but it does indeed get easier every time!"

"Ted and Brenda are wonderful hosts and their home is everything you would hope for a family Getaway. They were happy to share their knowledge for transportation to and from the air port including a stop at the grocery store. All the best places to eat and where to get a wonderful massage. We Loved the sunshine the view and the pool and yes at times the Air conditioning. We will be back to Sayulita "

"Such a great property. Amazing view from the upstairs bedroom. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. Effie and Francisco were great. I speak minimal Spanish but we got by. You will definitely get your steps in if you stay here. We’ve stayed in the hills before so we are used to it. Getting a cab is no problem though. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had another terrific time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable condo home in the Hacienda de Mita part of Punta Mita. Our concierge Max was so responsive and helpful and our housekeeper was terrific. We relaxed at the beach clubs, played a round of golf, dined at the 4 Seasons and restaurants in town, and took day trips to Sayulita and Bucerias. We had some rain but always in the evenings or overnight so the weather fully cooperated during the days. All in all, this stay was the perfect...

"I almost don't want to say how great this place is for fear of it getting booked and it not be available when we want to come back. But seriously, the villa is incredible, the owner and host were extremely helpful and communicative. Five star all the way."

"Es muy bonita la casa, tiene muy buena ubicación, es para estar tranquilo, no hay ruido de bocinas, ni vendedores en la playa, está sobre la playa, muy relajante y cómoda, las instalaciones están súper bien y la atención es excelente, regresaría sin dudarlo. "

"The place is just as described. We had a wonderful time. Miriam, our concierge, was very helpful during our stay making Reservations, securing transportation for us etc. Claudia is a great cook. It was wonderful to wake up to a gourmet breakfast and come back to a wonderful après. The only activity I would not recommend is going to Sayulita. Avoid it. Stay in the resort or visit the town if Punta Mita. You will have a Wonderful time."

"Excelente mi estnacia y amabilidad de los meseros. Por demoras en vuelos llegue a las 22.30 HRS y en el check out no dan alternativas de alguna manera de poder reponer horas de estancia en el hotel. Un poco de más atención al cliente "
