Muy linda experiencia
La habitación esta muy bien equipada. El hotel es muy lindo y tiene muy buenos amenities. El hecho de que tenga cochera propia es genial! (Igualmente pagamos la primer noche de estacionamiento ya que el mail de la propietaria llegó tarde). Mi sugerencia es que renueven los colchones y que aclaren que las camas son chicas para compartirlas. Todo lo demaś muy bien.

Wonderful venue and stay!
Great property and location which couldn’t be any better. Ana was a helpful host and the amenities were great. A lovely area and the accommodations were so nice, restaurants, pools, gym were great. Would definitely vacation here again and the room was very comfortable as well as friendly and helpful staff.

Do not rent this unit! It is not as advertised and the beds are MUCH smaller than queen sized beds. You will not be able to fit two normal-sized adults in a bed comfortably. Not only that but when the owner was contacted about this she was rude and petulant, refused to refund the money and hung up on me. DO NOT RENT THIS ROOM! That said, the Ritz-Carlton is lovely and the hotel staff were very helpful. Definitely a great place to stay, just do not book with this host.

Wonderful luxurious time
We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. The view of the city from the balcony and the wonderful sunsets! We got so lucky with the weather - we knew it was a roll of the dice coming this time of the year! The staff at the Ritz were phenomenal, the owner was so easy to communicate with and so kind- We can’t wait to stay here again!

Awesome beachfront property!
My family and I recently stayed at this incredible condo in Key Biscayne, and I can't say enough good things about it! The room was perfect – super comfortable, impeccably clean, and exactly as described. In fact, it was on par with the level of luxury I've experienced at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne, where I've stayed many times before. The hostess was exceptional – responsive, helpful, and incredibly friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Key Biscayne. We can't wait to return!

Friendly, great staff, wonderful amenities, great restaurants abound in Key Biscayne. Wonderful place to have a family vacation with grandchildren (in a separate room). This studio room is perfect for a couple--very clean, quiet, ultra comfortable beds.

Traveling with my wife and adult daughter, we were all enchanted by the beauty and luxury of this beachfront paradise. The resort's location on the oceanfront provided us with stunning views and immediate access to a pristine, white-sand beach. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, with crystal-clear, warm waters that were perfect for swimming and relaxing. We spent countless hours basking in the sun and enjoying the serene, picturesque surroundings. The resort features multiple pools, each offering a unique and enjoyable experience. We loved the main pool area, which was beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. It was a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Florida sun. The poolside service was exceptional; the staff was always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. The pool bars offered a great selection of refreshing drinks and delicious snacks, enhancing our poolside relaxation. Dining at the Ritz Carlton was a culinary delight. The resort's restaurants exceeded our expectations with their diverse menus and superb quality. Or overall experience was fantastic highlighting, every expectation of the Ritz Carlton.

Great Experience at the Ritz!!
My husband and I had a great time!! It was paradise, the room is incredibly clean and easy to use. We loved the multiple pools and beach option during the day. The service at the Ritz is amazing. Also, the town of Key Biscayne is so fun to walk around. Tammy was very responsive and was able to give us an early check in, which we so appreciated!! We will be back!

We loved our stay at Tammy's property in the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne. It featured elegant hotel amenities with comfortable condo conveniences. The setting and location are spectacular with the island's breezy relaxed vibe and Miami's dynamic energy and nightlife just a short drive away.
