Bike to Beach
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property, but all agreed we would not likely stay there again. After a couple days we started to do some laundry and discovered the washing machine didn't work. We notified the managers and they took care of it right away, so five stars to Juan and Nathalia. They were very polite and helpful. The furniture in the house was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The house was clean as well. The AC worked as it should, so no issues with comfort in the house. There is some issues with the flooring, it's bowed up in places and several areas of the vinyl flooring are cracking and breaking. This wasn't a huge deal for us though. Our biggest issue was the number of cats in the area and on the property. We are not cat lovers but understand the benefits of having two or three around to help control pests. The problem was there are 6-8 (or more). They were all over the patio furniture when we weren't out there, so cat hairs an issue. They fought a lot and at least one female was in heat so yeah they were breeding too. They were always on my car and after we got home and I cleaned my car up I noticed several scratches on the hood and trunk lid.

Great Place, Location, Property Managers
This house was fantastic for my large family (we have 7 kids). The location to the beach and great food options was perfect and Nathalia and Jaun were very responsive when any questions or concerns came up. The welcome/check-in information they provided had some great tips and hints of things to do as well and was very much appreciated. Definitely recommended by us.

Great, last-minute weekend getaway
As a full time hospital employee, a weekend getaway was absolutely needed! The house is very comfy and cozy and the backyard is the best hang-out spot. The pictures on Vrbo have me the impression of a bigger living space, however it absolutely does not impact the calm energy of this property. Juan and Nathalia were also very helpful and easy to get in touch with!!! 10/10 would book again

Beautiful and spacious home
The house is beautiful. Very nice area and it’s quiet. Right in the center of stores and restaurants and close to the beach. The kids loved the game room and they played rock paper, scissors to see who got to use the indoor hammocks first. If you are looking at the photos and wondering if this is real? It is definitely real and definitely worth the money. Our hosts were very pleasant and extra helpful. They provided us a list of things to do in the area. It definitely made getting around easier.
