Fantastic property for a large group
We were a party of twelve - a 3 generational family (grandparents, kids and grandkids) who stayed in Miami for vacation. This property was absolutely perfect for us.
PROS:
The villa is exactly as seen in the photos. Beautiful and gorgeous. Backyard landscaping is stunning and the house is spacious
In a quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy
Lots of fun, family activities...pool (the kids loved the pool and swam every day), grilling, golf, pickleball etc.
Clean and modern. Bathrooms are well renovated and beautiful.
Laundry facilities on site
Pots, pans, spices and basic kitchen items are available
CONS:
My request for an early check-in was not acknowledged.
Not enough towels. There are plenty of bathroom towels but no pool/beach towels
No cushions for the outdoor seating. There are several outdoor lounge chairs by the pool but you can't use them because there are no cushions on them.
Overall, I highly recommend this property and I would come and stay here again. The beautiful backyard, privacy and modernity are worth it. It's a premium price point so I do have high expectations. The property manager was quick to respond to most of my inquiries (texting within minutes usually) but there were some inquiries that didn't get a reply.
