Family Oriented Special Home
The house, the neighborhood, the decor was all amazing and homey. The host was understanding and helpful. This was the perfect stay for my family and I for the short weekend we had together in Miami.

Clean and Neat
We were looking for an inexpensive place to rest at the end of adventuring in the National Parks and this fit the bill. The weather was superb so we were a bit disappointed to not have a quiet and comfortable place to sit and relax outside. There is a small table with chairs but the incessant barking dog and squawking macaw next door (which we realize are not under the control of this property owner) were quite annoying. An otherwise comfortable stay.

Pros: Plenty of paper products – toilet tissue, paper towels, big trash bags Many spices Refrigerator made lots of ice Cons: Poor lighting in the kitchen No light over the range No cookie sheet for the oven Dishwasher did not clean the dishes. We needed to wash by hand and use the dishwasher to rinse & dry. Refrigeerator doors don't open as far as they should There was not enough silverware. TV – no cable or direct TV … No live news available Showers – no grab bar Living area furniture very uncomfortable 2nd bathroom had no towel racks

Another perfect stay
This was our second year staying at this property and we had another great experience. Jocelyn was responsive and accommodating during our stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with necessities for our stay. The property is accurately shown in the listing . The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking and close to many shops.

Was in Miami for a project and scheduled two employees to stay. The communication with the owner was excellent, unfortunately due to weather, we could not complete our project and had to transition to Tampa area.

My family was very happy. My dad’s 90th was great as it was by them. It included my son,brother, my daughter in law, and husband. The beds were very comfortable which was a must. A great stay!!!

Lovely home/location but will never rent from this lady EVER AGAIN
The only reason I gave this a 1 star rating is because the renter watched me and my family every move. She complained about my family coming over to visit, as if we were having a party when we didn’t. Not only that, she gave me a 30 minute grace period for them to leave and as we all were leaving she took pictures of us from the cameras she had installed and sent them to me (24 hours AFTER check out). She harassed me with pictures and videos from the moment that I’ve boarded the plane to go home and days later after that. Somehow she knew the conversation that was discussed within the house. (If you stay at the home please beware of camera/voice recorders in the house). Everything was left in place, and I even cleaned the home which is a fee paid within total price. I still cleaned it anyway, and she still continued to harass me. She went to VRBO about an extra charged fee of extra guest when no one stayed at the house but the guest that was included in the booking. WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM THIS LADY ANYMORE!!

Exploring the Everglades
House was perfect for our needs. In a great location for us - close to restaurants and shops, but also an excellent jumping off point for getting into the Everglades. House was extremely well kept and clean, and communication with the owner was easy and fast.

Overall a great stay
This was a great house. The inside was simple, exceptionally clean and family friendly. The toys provided for kids was an added bonus, and my daughter loved her “own room” with the bunk beds. Location was outside of the city, and felt very safe. We did several walks around the neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. The reason I gave it four stars is because in the description it stated laundry soap and beach towels provided, which neither were. We also quickly ran out of dish soap, which should always be provided. Lastly, no fault of the owners, but the neighbors have a bat problem under their roof. There were always bat droppings and an odor on the one side patio. Fortunately there was a second sitting option on the other side of the house where the odor wasn’t as bad. Overall, I would recommend this as an option to anyone wanting to stay outside of Miami!

National Parks visit
House is exactly as pictured. Very nice & clean. Modern. Perfect location for National Parks, groceries, zoo & anything else we needed. Owners extremely nice & attentive to details. Who would have thought in Miami that we would need heat, but the owners were on top of that within minutes. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone else. Nice property, but...
The property was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the manager was good. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because there were literally only 4 towels for our family of 5, the blankets were thin and sparse for the beds. The manager did give use towels after asked for some more, but this should have been thought of prior to our arrival. While there was a dishwasher and a laundry, there was no dishwasher soap and there was not laundry detergent. When I asked about this I was told that there might be some that previous guests left. If you are going to offer a house with a dishwasher and laundry, it only costs the owner a few dollars to provide dishwasher soap and laundry soap to the guests. It otherwise makes me feel like the owner is being cheap. If there were enough towels, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap, I would have easily given the review 5 stars. It's the little things that can make a big difference.

Perfect Stay
We had a perfect stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Check in and communication with Jocelyn during our stay was easy. Photos accurately show the property. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare meals at home. The neighborhood is very safe and neighbors are very friendly. Jocelyn, we appreciated your attention to details and holiday decorations! Thank you fir making our stay perfect!

Nice house
House was big for a rambler. It was very clean and in a decent neighborhood. I did check the doors and windows upon arrival to make sure they were all locked after the cleaners had been there to clean. The slider was unlocked and the bedroom facing the street and also the master bedroom both had broken locks on the windows. I did call the host and I was told that it was a safe neighborhood and not to worry. We did have work computers with us that can not be stolen, so it was un nerving to leave during the day knowing the windows didn't lock. A tenant should have all locks working properly. The window locks would be the only complaint

Would not return
The property itself was nice. There were no wash cloths, dry towels, blankets and very minimal toilet paper had to provide these things myself. Charged me a late fee for being in the driveway loading my car. No longer in the house: sent very rude text messages. Very rude do not recommend this place. I was 25 minutes late leaving out charged me a late fee for 1 hour instead of the 30 Minutes it should have been:
