When I arrived for the first night of my two-night stay, i was shocked to find that the door had a numeric key pad and I was not given the code. Apparently the host forgot to send the code, the front desk couldn't assist, so I eneded up sleeping in the car for the night. I tried calling and texting the host all night/early morning to no avail. The front desk also tried to contact the host over and over, to no avail. It wasn't until 7:48am the next morning when I received a simple message, "your code is XXXX". I was unbelievably inconvenienced that first night. Even once the code was sent the next morning, it took several attempts for the host to finally get it working. That said, once I finally made it in the room, everything was nice, clean and convenient. I paid for two nights, but was lucky I got one. Very disappointing. If you book here, good luck.
Since I didn't get what I paid for, I recommend that you don't try your luck here.
