"We stayed in the "Upper Deck" suite and it was perfect for us. We loved having our coffee on the balcony with the view of the water. It was clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach or main strip of town. Excellent coffee and plenty of restaurants and shops are a very short walk away while the site is peaceful and feels removed from the tourist area. "Knob Hill is a beautiful, gracious home in a lovely neighborhood in Flint. Diana is a born host and a wonderful cook. She makes a delicious, generous hot breakfast each morning - for example, a cheese souffle, candied bacon, and a fresh baked muffin, with coffee and juice. She even provides complimentary wine and chocolates. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and well-appointed. This must surely be the nicest place to stay in Flint. "

"Nice house lakeside to celebrate graduation from Calvin University. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and the peddle boat. Enough equipment for all of us to be out on the lake at the same time. Brian was easy to talk with and had everything labeled nicely. Would stay again."

"The check in was quick and easy. I got a text with directions and a guide with all the information that we needed for our stay. There was a nice welcome box with treats and other goodies! Everything was exactly as we had anticipated! This is our second time staying in one of this properties. We love the beach front and enjoyed renting the pontoon!! Very nice neighbors. We will be returning next year! "
