"Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! "

"Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!"

"This place was very clean and Michael was great, answering all my questions quickly. check in was simple just a code to get in it was very updated and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to Yale and to some great pizza places"

"Kerry’s place was absolutely amazing. The property matches the photos exactly but the pictures don’t even do justice to the view this property has. You are right on the water, within 5-10 min from town and have all the best amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will look to stay here again in the future. Thanks Kerry! "

"Everything was greatIncluding the location for usQuite a bit of poison ivy on the back section of the property/ my sister is very allergic so she had to be careful where she walked her dog Top shelf of the refrigerator was not as cold as it should be so we basically used the lower sectionEverything was spotless maybe pay a little more attention to the baseboards & floorboards in the bathroom"
