Couples Getaway
This is a cozy bungalow, perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. We had just a few issues..when we arrived at 3:15 (check in 3pm) it wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests but I called Derek (the host) he sent over the cleaning person right away at 4p. But the last thing we wanted to do after a long 5 hour drive with cold food was find a spot until 5:30 to wait for it to be cleaned so it was a late check in. Also it shows fireplace listed, there is a fireplace but it is not a working fireplace we were looking forward to using on the cool evenings. There is a “community” grill, it worked great but propane ran out and the second can was also empty, so we had to find a close gas station to get one at $35 to finish grilling. The lock on the door was alittle tricky, it would not lock every time when leaving. Other than that, with these issues we would still like to stay again, hopefully those small issues would be resolved, it is a very nice place and great location and the host was attentive.

Bday getaway
Perfect place for some R&R for my bday getaway. Close enough to Newport but without the craziness of being downtown. Lots of beaches close by I definitely plan of returning

Peaceful Paradise
This cozy little cottage was just what we were looking for. It is the perfect size for two people. Walking distance to the water and places to eat. The time we spent at this cottage was very quiet and peaceful. There was the perfect balance of things to do and relaxation. We will definitely go back.

Cottage 51 Review
Pros: excellent location, very clean, comfortable stay! Cons: little things- Kitchen: No tea kettle or electric kettle. I’m a tea drinker! A Keurig, but no pods, and a coffee maker, but no coffee (my son is a coffee drinker). No oils, spices. We cooked in a couple of nights. Had to go shopping for basics. The overhead light on the stove was out. Bathroom: No soap available. Eventually found some in the closet. No tissues- had to use toilet paper (my son had a cold) and we almost ran out.

Perfect Beach Cottage
My husband and I spent a few days in Middletown and loved the cottage. We've been renting vacation properties in this neighborhood for the past 10 years, and this one was our favorite to date. This is a true cottage and was the perfect size for the two of us. It's a short walk to restaurants on Aquidneck ave and a quick drive to 2nd beach. We'd love to stay here again in the Summer.

Thanksgiving extension
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely little cottage. Before we realized we had arrived at the wrong unit, the Owner Derek answered our distress call immediately and kindly directed us to the correct door. The unit was immaculate and perfect for our 2-day stay- nice and cozy! We will be back!

Marathon Stay
I picked this charming little place due to its proximity of the Amica Marathon course. It was a quick easy walk to Easton Beach and perfect for my husband to catch me during the run. This little bungalow was perfect for our needs and adorable. The suggestion of places to eat were helpful and the closeness of various places to eat made things easy. 10/10 would stay here again.
