Very poor value-for-money ratio
"Both my fiancé and I love adventures and we have no problem with living under local conditions and circumstances such as in the Kgalagadi like showering with salt water, being some days without WiFi and any other connection to the outside world, etc. But what !Xaus offers is simply a rip-off! i feel like i have been fleeced
"according to the owner, they have never been paid by Hotels.com, and therefore could not honour my booking. I had to pay cash or be turned away. my report to Hotels.com has received no response, I can only think this is a scam. either way, I won't use Hotels.com again, ever, and I dont care if it ..."
