Muy Buen Apartamento
Disfrute mucho mi estancia en este apartamento. Es muy amplio, muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. Tiene un jardín muy bonito y una vista espectacular del Mediterráneo.La zona es muy buena y tiene todos los restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados que necesitas para pasar una muy buena vacación.Con gusto regresaria.

Happy Holiday
Just back from a really enjoyable 11days at Bertrand’s apartment and we had a lovely holiday. The kitchen has everything you could need (and more) and everything is clean and tidy. It has an amazing sun terrace with great views. Thanks - we had a great time!!

A room with a view
We just had a great week at this property. The apartment was all as decribed with everything you could possibly need for a trouble free stay. The pool area was lovely with a nice bar / cafe available for refreshments. Bertrand met us on arrival and provided us with a full tour of the property and facilities. The apartment complex is at the top of a hill so a car or taxis may be required for anyone with mobility issues, otherwise, a great reason to have a few extra calories! 🍺🍷🍨 We would not hesitate to recommend.

The first disappointment was that the person waiting to greet us and show us the apartment could not speak English. We were told that she would be there to greet us at 1700 hours when the agreed time of occupation was 1600. The apartment has good views but needs updating.The TV had no instruction information and there was no provision for playing DVDs. after three days we used the washing machine, and a couple of false starts, eventually it worked. The next time we went to use it, it would not work. We contacted the owner who visited the premises, tested it and decided the machine needed to be replaced. Unfortunately for us, he stated that the replacement could not take place until after we had completed our stay. We had based our plans regarding clothing etc on being able to wash them during our stay. No alternative was suggested and no compensation offered. The 'welcome pack' amounted to one bottle of water in the fridge. there was only 2 toilet rolls, one bath towel and we had to buy cleaning materials for our 10 day stay. Disappointing.

Lovely apartment in good location
We loved our stay at the apartment, there is a nice little pool bar which serves snacks. There are also restaurants and a supermarket around 10 minutes away. There are restaurants and bars at the bottom of the hill, but the walk back up is hard work. But overall it’s a great place.

Vue incroyable et tranquillité absolue
Nous avons apprécié la résidence et l’appartement. Il y avait tous les soirs une place de parking disponible. L’ambiance piscine est sympa. Cala Mijas est une petite ville très sympa. Bertrand est gentil et il s’adapte facilement aux demandes. Merci beaucoup aussi à Viviana

Great views and complex. Host can overbearing
Fantastic pool, view and location (for those less mobile, a car is encouraged). Apartment could benefit greatly from outdoor dining furniture as only sun loungers are available. Prompt communication with host; however the host demanded a mid stay inspection to check up on the property and sent messages at inappropriate times. Host also sent several messages requesting us to pay a €75 cash call out fee to fix a malfunctioning washing machine. Solution, apartment could be improved by providing guests with instructions on how to operate the various electronics and amenities in the property.

Eine der schönsten Locations, die wir bisher hatten. Lage nah am Meer, man kann direkt mit dem Auto runter fahren und in der Nähe des Strands parken (ca. 800 m entfernt). Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Pool ist top, super schöne Palmen im Poolbereich. Es gibt eine Poolbar mit Getränkeservice. Man kann auch Frühstück bestellen, Mittag- und Abendessen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Liegen, die man nutzen kann. Man kann nicht draußen sitzen zum Essen, wenn man aber drinnen die Fenster weit öffnet, ist es fast wie draußen sitzen. Der Esstisch steht am Fenster. Restauranttipps: Las Llaves (10 Min. zu Fuß) Indisches Restaurant nähe Supermarkt (5 Min. zu Fuß) Wir kommen wieder.

Stunning location and well appointed apartment and surrounding facilites. Only downside is the hill climb back up from beach shops restaurants etc - hire car definitely recommended !! Host very available and helpful . Can definitely recommend it !

Great apartment and beautiful location!
This was the perfect place for two of us to stay. Very peaceful area with good location near to busy areas if thats what you want. We would completely recommend this place and our host who kept in touch perfectly well. I think we will definitely be back!

Great Holiday
We had a terrific time on the costa del sol, in large part due to the terrific property in Mira Flores. Bertrand and his wife were very responsive and met us when we checked in. I would highly recommend this place - great location.

Fantastic Apartment
Had the most amazing two weeks in this lovely apartment. Waking up to the view every morning was an added bonus.The urbanisation was kept spotless great security. The apartment has everything that you needed. The owner was great just a phone call or WhatsApp away nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this apartment as it is close by to La Cala which is a beautiful place with some great restaurants and plenty of beaches close by. Marbella is just a 20 minute drive away and Fuengirola 15 mins away. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun beds and really friendly owners

Ein fantastischer Blick aufs Meer
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment genossen. Es ist ansprechend eingerichtet, überkomplett ausgestattet und liegt etwas abseits vom touristischen Trubel. Neben dem super Ausblick sind die gute Kommunikation mit Bertrand sowie das Hundeverbot in der gesamten Anlage besonders hervorzuheben.

Property is very well equipped, Bertrand was very helpful and friendly. Property has stunning sea views and perfect for a quiet getaway. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby, the area is quite hilly so a car is preferable. Would really recommend staying here we had a lovely holiday.

Apartment in schöner Lage und grandiosem Blick auf das Mittelmeer und Gibraltar!
Wir waren für 8 Wochen in diesem Apartment; alles ist geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und vorhanden. Die sehr schöne Couchecke zum relaxen ist über die Jahre zum sitzen zwar etwas unbequem geworden, dafür ist der Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer und Gibraltar einfach herrlich. Durch die zentrale Lage in der Nähe der A 7 sind alle Ziele gut zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Bertrand für seine fürsorgliche Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic Apartment
The owner Bertrand met us at the property with the keys and showed us how everything worked. We had a fabulous month’s stay, the property was very clean, super comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you could need to cook a full meal, the shower was very efficient and lovely hot water. We used the washing machine, which was very handy as we stayed so long. The property is in an ideal location, 10 minute walk down the hill to the bus stops, the bridge to cross over to the beach and promenade. An ideal location 30 minutes walk left towards Cala de Mijas and 30 minutes walk right to the port. Bertrand was so lovely and very helpful, we would definitely stay here again. One of the best well equipped properties we have stayed in, the sun loungers in the garden were lovely as the property has a south facing garden and gets sun all day long. Sea Views are amazing with views across to Gibraltar on a clear day.

Everything about this property was amazing. Everything you needed was there.
Bertrand and his wife were lovely hosts. The only thing I would say is that a car is essential unless you want to use taxi's as it is on quite a steep hill. Pool area was brilliant too. Thanks again Bertrand.
