"Ideal setting for a quick family get-away. We could not have asked for a more conveniently located home base to exlpore near-by beaches and attractions. It was our first trip to Broadkill Beach. We are big fans of the laid back vibe. The house was a cozy gathering spot at the end of the day. We loved the porch!"

"My husband and I stayed for the weekend at this lovely cottage. We stay at many VRBO properties and this is definitely one of our favorites now. The house was clean, updated and located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. We were able to prepare all of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. It was truly a relaxing weekend of looking at the ocean and listening to the waves at this beach front home. We can't wait to return!"

"This property was quiet, easily accessible, and close to shops and restaurants on Route 1. It is a short drive to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes. The house itself is very comfortable and has a large backyard and deck. It was a very relaxing home away from home. We will definitely stay here again. "

"If you like quite and relaxing. This is the place to be. We absolutely loved the location. So close to the beach and no crowds. The best was walking the beach at sunset. If you want to go to any of the other beaches they were not far away. Best part was the outdoors shower so you can keep the sand at a minimum. Especially with kids.
