"Our group had an excellent stay! Everything was just as described. We enjoyed the hammocks in the backyard, the large selection of games and puzzles, the variety of room setups, and if we hadn’t been so tired from our travels, I’m sure the fire pit was amazing! If you have a baby that is mobile, the stairs are a bit treacherous. I wish we had brought a baby gate but didn’t expect one to be provided. Would definitely stay again!"

"Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future."

"Lakeside Resort is one of the best places you can stay on the water in Almanor if you are looking for peace and quiet or fun with the family. The cabins are very well maintained and property managers are very helpful and communicative with whatever you need during your stay! I recommend these cabins to anyone who wants to be Lakeside for any amount of time but still have the luxury of cooking and enjoying a beautiful deck to sit and enjoy the views."

"Our stay here was perfect. The house and location are amazing. The views are stunning and the amount of activities nearby are awesome. Our kids, 4 & 6 had an absolute blast. The house has a kids play room where they spent most of their inside time. Outside we would hang on the deck enjoying the view or go down to the dock and fish/swim or go to the beach (Rec1 was our favorite). Honestly don’t have one bad thing to say, we’re already planning our trip back next summer!"

"This was our first time at Lake Almanor, and it was perfect! We did our first full family vacation! My husband and I, our youngest (8), oldest (21) her husband (26) and four grandbabies (6,5,2,6m)! The house was perfect! The downstairs was perfect for the kids! The built in beds were so fun for them, and had little touches like a dimmable lantern for a night light! There was space for them to run around, and they loved the multi-arcade game, as did my son-in-law. There is a small room down there...

"The house was nice and big and only 10-15 minutes from Lassen Volcanic NP. The property is cool with a river running in the back, and it’s very peaceful! Only thing I would ask for is updated pots and pans because they were all non-stick that wasn’t nonstick anymore so cooking was kind of a pain! But other than that, no complaints with this property!"
