"Encontramos el hotel en obras, que presentaba una situación no confortable y seguramente no segura ya que trabajaban todo el día, hasta las 8 de la noche. Nuestra reserva era por un resort y encontramos otra cosa, teniendo que permanecer las 4 noches porque no teníamos otra alternativa. La administradora conociendo el problema nos ofreció reembolsarnos el 15% del valor total. Nosotros pedimos que ellos respondan por el reembolso total de la estadía que eran unas noches gratis y"

Nachdem wir die Vermieterin zur Schlüsselübergabe kontaktiert haben, sagte diese die Unterkunft sei auf Grund von Eugenverwendung nicht verfügbar. Trotz bestätigter Reservierung. Müssten dann kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft Buchen, die teurer war. Die Vermieterin schob die Schuld auf die Agentur, welche wohl informiert war. "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, den herrlichen Blick, die Ruhe und die kleine, versteckte Badebucht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, vor allem der Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und unsere Wünsche (Teekanne, Salatbesteck, Toaster) wurden sofort erfüllt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert nicht gut.
