"The inside of the house was beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The floors were immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with all the right amenities and the beds were the best mattresses I had been in for a rental house. There was an issue with the water and the avant team got right on it and was fixed in good time. Any questions I had they were very good at communicating and solving problems. "We are a local family of 3 generations, ages 1-84. This house was perfect for us. We stayed on the property the entire time and there was plenty to stay as busy or relax as we wanted. It is so secluded and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. The house was very clean. "

"The views were lovely of the water with moss draped trees, however the home had miscommunications regarding cleaning, it was taken care of, but resulted in late 7:30 entry. There were a number of discrepancies, the home was not what was expected for the price. To his credit Jerry was very communicative."

"We wanted to be close to our daughter and this location was 8 minutes from her house. Getting the key from the lockbox was a little difficult and the back flooded with rain so we had to take luggage out through the garage. Could stand some bedside table lamps. House was clean and lots of room if you needed it for family."
