"The inside of the house was beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The floors were immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with all the right amenities and the beds were the best mattresses I had been in for a rental house. There was an issue with the water and the avant team got right on it and was fixed in good time. Any questions I had they were very good at communicating and solving problems. "This property is absolutely AMAZING and PERFECT!! It was VERY spacious and GREAT VIBES!! My son, his girlfriend, and my 4 year old granddaughter came over to visit and they didn't want to leave either! This is a very relaxing and quiet area. The amenities were GREAT! The small putting green on the deck is a great twist! The availability of a washer and dryer was awesome.. The kitchen was perfect (especially for my girlfriend and my 4 yr old granddaughter to make homemade pizzas together)....

"We are a local family of 3 generations, ages 1-84. This house was perfect for us. We stayed on the property the entire time and there was plenty to stay as busy or relax as we wanted. It is so secluded and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. The house was very clean. "

"The views were lovely of the water with moss draped trees, however the home had miscommunications regarding cleaning, it was taken care of, but resulted in late 7:30 entry. There were a number of discrepancies, the home was not what was expected for the price. To his credit Jerry was very communicative."

"We had plans to come down when we learned of Hurricane Helene. Heather provided details on the weather and was very accommodating. We stayed here last September and loved it then however there were improvements made since our last visit. Lovely house, lovely hostess, lovely visit. Can’t wait to go back!!!"
