"We went to Elgin to go on the Eagle Cap Excursion (which was awesome!). The Blue Mountain Retreat is a lovely home! Well maintained and extremely clean. The owner was beyond wonderful! We really enjoyed our family time there and are excited to go back in 2025!"

What a peaceful sanctuary for the evening!
"Chipmunks, deer and fawns, little tree frogs.... all the perfect sounds of nature, with nary a human noise! AHHH! We hope to return next spring for the wildflower hike and add yet more wonder to this awesome overnight experience! Thanks, Richard and Donna - you are TOPS!"
