"The pictures in the website is not updated, it showed they provided blankets, when we got there theres no blanket at all in all beds, we complained about it but they ignored our need so we sleep the first night without blankets it was miserible for most of us, the next day we went to the mall and bought us blankets, we ask for drinking water, they said it will be delivered the next day so we bought our own bottled water while waiting for the del then the next day theres no delivery of drinking...

"We cannot stop raving about our stay at Mango Tree. We have soo many friends & family asking about Mango Tree— & all that they’re saying is that it’s so beautiful & dreamy! Having experienced it for ourselves, we can say this has been the highlight of our Philippines trip, and Siargao is an absolute dream! Staying at the Mango Tree Villa, we experienced a butler-esque type of service. The communication via WhatsApp is so personal, very smooth, & they made us feel like they are reachable any time...

"Our booking from this place was a major disappointment. The place was hard to find and even asking tricycle drivers nearby didn’t help, it was on a very steep road and a sketchy neighborhood. When we arrived, the place was not clean and definitely not ready for check-in. The AC wasn’t working, there were water leaks ants and mold in the jacuzzi area, and a missing doorknob; the place was nothing like the listing. We contacted the host and it was her husband that came and fixed the AC, he...

"The house was clean but too small. While there are enough beds to accommodate up to 14 people. The house is small to have 14 people moving around in it. All three bathrooms are only half baths, and the only bathroom with a water heater is the master bath. The kitchen comes equipped with a rice cooker, hot plate (that didn’t work), coffee pot, microwave, and kettle. Also, there were dishes and flatware, but not enough to accommodate 14 people without having to wash dishes so others could eat....
