"We went midweek in july 2025. Plenty of on street parking, with a blue badge is free. Nice shopping street, a stones throw from the sea front and beach and the station. For steam trains. Hotel was lovely, renovated, very nicely done. We booked deluxe double, it was very big, really lovely, sea front , perfect. Minehead is close to the moor, short drive up to viewing points. "Very good hotel in the centre of Dunster so didn’t need to move the car for the whole weekend. We were able to park our car in the hotel’s car park at back of property. Breakfast was very good - freshly cooked, The owners were very friendly & helpful"

"We spent a most enjoyable two days at Bossington Hall. We loved the authentic grandeur of this Arts & Crafts home and the genuinely warm welcome. "Disappointing stay - room was described as 'deluxe' but was on the small side and being up in the eaves of the roof meant one of us had to duck to get in and out of bed. No turn down / refresh on day 1, no waste bin, small but basic things - especially at the price paid. Staff although friendly, were difficult to find (only available via WhatsApp ??), reception never staffed. Overall a great a shame as the hotel has a beautiful setting and grounds. We wint be returning. "
