"Apartment was impeccably clean, updated recently and well-furnished. Smooth concrete floors throughout was the perfect industrial touch. Location is perfect, within a 10-min walk to Target Field and basically anywhere in the trendy North Loop area. Only negative is the alleged “sofa bed” isn’t a true sofa bed at all and rather an uncomfortable small sectional that doesn’t contain a mattress and cannot fit anyone taller than 5’8” lying down. "Host had very good communication. Area was nice. I do recommend this rental.This location has free street parking after 10pm-8am. There is a parking garage near by for 11/day. "

"The apartment was exactly what we needed. Not huge but enough space for us. Clean and simple. I didn’t think to search in the listing, but it would have been nice to know that there isn’t parking included - we paid about 25 to park two blocks away for the night. Also, the “pool” pictured is actually a hot tub. Still nice, just wasn’t what we expected. Would recommend to stay here overall, though! "
