Thanksgiving stay

Location was great. It is an old house. Very small kitchen and lacked in some basic kitchen necessities. We did bring along quite a few kitchen items, crock pots, pans, etc. as we ordered a Thanksgiving dinner from Kowalskis and needed to heat multiple food items up at a time. Drafty and had to turn temp up quite a bit to make it comfortable. Upstairs bedroom area was nice although bathroom a little odd with no door and open walls at the top. Basement was okay but also cold and hard to heat. It worked for our family. Would be nice for a summer stay as the backyard looked inviting.

Wonderful week for the fam!

There's nothing really to say except how it went. Everything was smooth, everything was easy, communication was fabulous and the place was as advertised and then some. Plenty of room for us and plenty close to all the necessities and entertainment we needed. The video game and Lounge downstairs is a beautiful touch and the backyard is a wonderful little tucked away area where you can feel private but still be close to everything. We had many cookouts and play sessions. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out that needed to go to bed at different times due to the kids. And anytime there was a question we got an answer quickly. Highly recommend the house, and area. Thanks so much for having us!!

Great St. Paul getaway location

Walkable proximity on Grand Avenue. Well stocked for a short visit. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Nice outdoor sitting area and easy parking. Comfortable furniture and loved the basement set up.

Very professional!

Great location!

The house on Grand Ave is really situated in just the right spot! Close to restaurants, cafes, shops and a very short walk to Summit Ave to see all the historic homes in the neighborhood!

Grand Avenue

The location was excellent, within walking distance to Kowalski’s Grocery and a number of good restaurants and coffee shops. The house was an old well cared for craftsman. The upstairs stairway has short steps that can be difficult for an adult. The dishwasher was necessarily quite small given the available kitchen cabinet space leading the three of us to need to run it often.

Wonderful place!

Great charming house in a fantastic location that was close to everything. Super comfy bed and all the basic amenities provided to get our trip started without extra efforts. Minnestay really goes above and beyond with their properties so looking forward to returning to their places again after this first time in one.

Great house in nice neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very nice, convenient with grocery shop, multiple restaurants within walking distance. Very safe and quiet too. House is as described. Minnestay is very responsive.

Great location

This location was the perfect spot for our vacation to Saint Paul, MN! Loved running along Summit and Grand Ave! A quick walk to so many restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. The top floor master room was nice and cold for sleeping on a hot summer days! The basement bar and game room with Pac-Man and darts was super fun!

Great Location!

This house is in a great location and it is the cutest house! We have stayed here twice now and just love it! The little things like soap, extra toothbrushes/toothpaste, coffee, laundry detergent, lotion, shampoo, etc., are all wonderful and make you feel welcome! Would definitely recommend this property!

This property was close to a grocery store, a liquor store, and other neighborhood places. Right off Summit Ave great for walking. The offstreet parking was a plus!

Comfort in St. Paul

My company travels the country setting up structures for events and other activations. As such we utilize VRBO often. This property in St. Paul is excellent. All amenities are present as described and the property manager's communication is outstanding. The property is very comfortable and accommodating. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the twin cities!

Beautiful St Paul home

This is a lovely, updated older home in a quiet neighborhood in St. Paul. The 2nd floor attic has been turned into a large master suite with a beautiful bathroom. Pros: immaculate 1/2 block to groceries, restaurants Coffee shop Lovely neighborhood to walk around Close to Macalester college & St Thomas 2 parking spots in back 3 beds w/different mattresses for all comfort levels Spacious living/dining area Back deck updated & fire pit in yard Interactions with Minnestay very pleasant. Cons: main bathroom on 1st floor had plumbing issues, shower head broken, (replaced during our stay). Hot water in sink was a trickle, needed plumber to fix. Hopefully this will be resolved prior to other visitors. If not for the plumbing issues, this would be 5/5.

Great location close to grocery, restaurants, Colleges and nice walking area Summit Avenue.

Good overall experience. Stairs to upstairs a little difficult to navigate. Nice area thought. Water pressure upstairs a little low and downstairs bath fixtures and drain plug in need of attention.

Fantastic location

Very walkable to places to eat and shop. Grocery store across the street. Comfortable and spacious accommodations, great back yard and deck, plus a badgers/packers themed sports bar in the basement.
