Mothers/Daughters weekend

It was an ideal - and beautiful - place for two generations of women in our family to gather. Our group included several who came in from out-of-state for this joyous reunion. It was a perfect home and location with great views of the lake.

Wonderful Lake Minnetonka

It was absolutely spectacular. The house was lovely and so well appointed. The lake was wonderful and the fire pit was so welcoming. Can’t wait to come again soon.

Lakeside

I have stayed at this property before. It is a great house for larger groups in beautiful setting. A couple things you need to know. There was no fire extinguisher where indicated in front door closet. The dishwasher does not work. Shuts off a lot during the wash cycle. Trash and recycle bins in the garage were not empty. Used towels in bin in closet in upstairs bathroom.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Great view of the lake an plenty of space. We used this for family coming in for at wedding. This his property is three levels and a lot of stairs. So not ideal for our situation with ageing parents. We also had the bridesmaids and groomsmen come over on the morning of the wedding and parking was difficult to work out. The garage only holds one car with much of the space being used for storage of lawn furniture and the driveway holds 4 cars and is not level but steep making it a little tricky for aging parents. We had our challenges but in all this is a top notch home and we would return again and recommend it to anyone.

Trip home to to visit my childhood

Everything about this property and the management company is top of the top. Absolute professionalism, cleanliness, and stunning views to boot! Both check-in and checkout process were quite easy. The fully stocked kitchen was great as we were able to cook an excellent Seabass and risotto dinner for my childhood friends. My 10 year old daughter woke up every morning, asking to go fishing with the provided poles and tackle. It was just precious and the memories we made will be kept for a lifetime. Bonfire with s’mores, sunrises on the lake that just can’t be beat (even our 15-year-old woke up every morning to run out and take pictures of the sunrise), and drinking our morning cup of coffee looking out the window over the water was incredible. We had so many people to see and visit, but this location and property made it hard to leave every day. Really can’t say enough good things. We will return for sure!

Family vacation

My family has had the opportunity to stay in this lake front vacation house for a week over the past several years. It’s spectacular! Nothing beats waking up to morning sunrises on the lake. The house is is great condition with all modern appliances and furniture. You cannot go wrong renting this house for a week!

Wedding weekend

Stayed with a group of 8 for a wedding near by. The house was perfect. We didn't get to use the outdoor areas as it was pretty rainy and cold but the lake view was beautiful. Would recommend 100%

An Amazing Stay at an Unforgettable house

The entire stay was unforgettable. The neighbors were sweet, the house was clean and provided every tool of cutlery we would have needed for the week and the lake provided fun for the entire family. I would very highly recommend this property. It was well worth the price we paid and we would rent again.

Great family vacation

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Great location and amenities. We loved sitting outside and looking at the lake. Such a peaceful spot. My only complaint is the floors in the main living area. We have a crawling baby and his knees were so dirty all the time.

Time to gather

Relatives wanted a place to hang out and be together and play cards. The number of bedrooms and private bathrooms was perfect. Unfortunately the views of the lake were buried under much snow!

Overall it was a good experience, with lovely views of the lake. There was some issues with a water main in the neighborhood that left us without water for several hours that did put a damper on our visit.

Great Family Vacation Property

Our family of six loved the property. Great space, bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate larger groups. The house has an open floor plan that makes entertaining easy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great house on Lake Minnetonka.

Neighbor not nice

The property is wonderful however the neighbor is very nosy. She came over to the property and confronted my wife and asked how many people we would be having over that weekend. This was quite shocking considering it was just my wife and two-year-old child with me.

Two week family vacation

This house on Lake Vermillion is truly a premier property and exceptional experience. With beautiful lake views on all three levels there isn’t a bad room in the house! The appliances and decor are all modern and in terrific condition. My family stayed here in 2018 and now again in 2021. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great house. TVs did not work and did not get fixed after inquiring, which was very disappointing given the premium price point we paid. Everything else was great. I’d HIgHLY recommend an outside table for eating or putting drinks, on the deck.

Family weekend

This was a perfect setting/home for our family! The property is well cared for and had everything we needed. Quite neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Beautiful lake property. Would stay again (and just might!!) What you see in the pics is exactly what you get!
