Beautiful in quiet area

We were very impressed with both the home and the prompt attention that was given when an issue was raised. We had arrived quite late to check in and discovered in the morning that the toilet wasn't working. As there was only one bathroom in the home, it had the potential to become a problem. Shae jumped on the issue and the problem was corrected by the time we returned later that afternoon. Shae kept us informed of the progress and followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The property itself is lovely, located on a cul-de-sac. It is a duplex with neighbors on the other side. It was more than spacious enough for the two of us and felt cozy and comfortable.

Great!!! Perfect and clean and all the goodies!

We came in to see Mall of America. My ch to our surprise not only were we close but also Minneapolis. Very clean and accommodating. More than enough room for 3 adults!

Great stay- property maintenance is needed

This property met expectations. I was a little surprised that the unit was one side of a duplex, this was not included in the listing. Bathroom maintenance is needed- the bathroom sink drain sticks down, so you have to pull it up by hand.

Couldn’t say anything bad about it but wish they’d provided luggage racks cuz there’s no place to set your suitcase but the floor….otherwise perfect.

Perfect for Couples/Small Families

House was exactly what we needed for our two day stop in the twin cities. Very quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. House was fully equipped and everything worked as it should. Plenty of room for our small family. We failed to read the part of the listing saying it was a duplex, and sharing the driveway was a bit difficult, plus the neighbor made noises late into the night that could be heard from the bedroom that shared a wall. It wasn’t terrible but if you have a light sleeper like us (our infant) just be aware of that. The host was very responsive to any needs we brought up and overall we’d be happy to recommend and stay again.

Perfect for our Thanksgiving stay

This place was a great place to stay while in town for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans for us to prep our part of the meal, and the location was great. Thank you!

Cozy and comfortable in NE!

Friends from out of town stayed at the property on Roosevelt Ct. While not there a very long time, they still felt very comfortable in the home and had an excellent night. Recommended for families! Great host.

Perfect Location!

This sweet duplex is located in the quiet city of St.Anthony Village- which means it is close to everything! We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, visiting family, the short drive into Minneapolis as well as St. Paul. We even found it easy to jump up to Monticello along the MS River to hike! We’ll be back to this Perfect location!

Perfect for a Visit to Minneapolis

We visited our daughter who recently graduated from UMN. The property was clean, easy to get to and near plenty of things we wanted to see and do. Great size for my husband, myself and our daughter who stayed with us while moving.

Quiet and homey

Stayed overnight for a concert which was the perfect distance to Uber to and from. Check in and out was super easy and the host was very responsive. Nice and quiet neighborhood with a comfy house to relax in. Highly recommend if your looking for some city fun but a lowkey place to to relax in for the night.

Surprisingly spacious and very clean. Kitchen was nice and very functional. I’m disappointed that we arrived so late. We did rest well but with the early check out we didn’t get time to relax. If I’m in the area again I would stay again and recommend.

Comfortable home in great location

Clean, cozy two bedroom home, part of a duplex, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The owner, Shae, was accessible and easy to communicate with. Nice location in NE Mpls, close to everything.
