My wife and I stayed at this property with our 9lb dog for 12 nights. Owner was incredible to communicate with and was very responsive. Property has been updated and was impeccably clean. Fenced yard is private and was a huge benefit for our pup. Cub/Walgreens/Holiday all a quick walk away and Byerlys is a 3 min drive. I would recommend parking in the ally (rather than the street for ease and privacy). A little noise between the two units but was muffled. Internet speed adequate for video conferencing and streaming. Overall, I would recommend this to any friend or family member :)

Great home and location
My 15 year old and I stayed here when we came to Minneapolis for a concert at Uptown Theater. We stayed for three nights and were so happy that we chose this VRBO rental. We parked on the street in front of the home and never had issues finding a spot. The neighborhood is very nice and we found it easy to get around Minneapolis from this location. We had everything we needed and the home was very clean. There are several options nearby for picking up groceries for cooking. The communications on check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. We hope to return to Minneapolis again and will stay here when we do.

Great location
The house was older, but had modern updates and very clean. The location is very central and a short drive to the mall or down town. Several beautiful parks near by. The host checked in on us several times. The only down is that noise carries pretty easily from one side of the duplex to the other. You could hear the other tennant walking around and it made me very aware of the noise i was making. Just the nature of a duplex i suppose. Overall, good experience with a great host. carry easily fo

Lovely spot and Host
Unit was even nicer than the pics and had many amenities that always makes the stay special for us. A refrig with water/ice dispenser, coffee grinder, great towels in bathroom and location (close to Minnehaha Falls/Park, which was lovely). We'd certainly stay again!

Perfect for 2
We needed a place to stay while visiting our son and family over a long weekend. We usually stay with them, but this time they had other family sleeping in their extra bedroom and we didn't want to sleep on air mattresses in the living room, if you get what I mean. This place was perfect for the 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to relax in the late evenings after spending the days filled with family. It was nice to have our own space. We never felt uncomfortable in this part of the city. It's within walking distance to Minnehaha park, which is beautiful. Parking was easy, either on the street or at the back of the property. It really is a little gem.

Wonderful hospitality!
Our first vrbo experience and we will be back! I came to visit with family and this place is very close to them. Very clean comfy place..... and where dud you get those sheets? So soft!! We hope we can return in the near future for our next visit.

Wonderful apartment in excellent location
Lovely place with everything I needed for my stay, including a fenced backyard for my little dog and easy walking access to Minnehaha Falls park. In a great neighborhood too! The only challenge is the shared yard space when the other renters also bring a dog - but we worked it out.

Remodeled Minnehaha Falls Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at the Remodeled Minnehaha Falls Getaway. The location was closed to everything we wanted to do. The house is the perfect size for two people, clean and cozy. If you stay here make sure you go over and see Minnehaha Falls, which is a short walk. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Twin Cities.

Convenient location and Quiet
For our visit to the Twin Cities, this little duplex was in the perfect location whether for activities in either downtown or beyond. Being so close to a big grocery store and Minnehaha park were bonuses. Amazingly, for being near busy streets, the place was very quiet. The whole place was clean and kitchen was well-equipped, although if you plan to cook know that there was only salt & pepper and sugar. We appreciated the room darkening blinds. The host was super responsive. We would stay here again.

Great Place!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Minnehaha Falls Getaway. Everything went so smoothly that we didn't even have a need to communicate with the property manager. The location was a straight shot down Hiawatha to our son's house which made it really convenient. We could walk to the local Cub Foods and the corner liquor store. Minnehaha Falls was nearby and a beautiful hike. The place itself was brand new and tastefully decorated. There were plenty of closets to store our luggage and cooler and the king bed was very comfortable. My only suggestions would be to include a few more kitchen items. A couple more coffee mugs, maybe some serving bowls, and more teaspoons (there was only one teaspoon in the silverware drawer). The outside temperature went from comfortable Fall to full out Winter while we were there and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket for the bed. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing location and property!
Property was very clean and good amenities. Location is perfect for MOA, Vikings games, or anything you need the transit for as it is just a 3 block walk to the transit. Very easy to access parking and in an area where we felt very safe. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Minneapolis! Andrew is very attentive and a great resource for help and what to do in the area! Would love to stay here again!

Cozy, clean and comfortable
Very cozy duplex in a great location for us. Every morning we walked to Minnehaha Falls and the parkway. One night walked to Parkway Pizza- delicious , cozy, and reasonably priced! Close to a lot of connecting routes to get to places quickly. We used to live in this area when my husband attended the U of M! Brought back great memories.

Excellent Location
Loved our stay. Shopped the Minnehaha Mile, ate at The Howe (twice!), and visited friends across the river in St. Paul. All within 10 minute drive. There are parks and art displays everywhere. Yet for all the convenience, it was amazingly quiet. Harley played chase with a chipmunk in the backyard. If you're thinking of staying in the Twin Cities, you should think about staying here.
